"We have just got back from a week at this property and we had a wonderful relaxing time. We took my parents, our son and daughter-in-law and 2 of our grandchildren aged 7 and 5. Firstly we would like to thank Alan and Vicky for being so welcoming and on hand when needed. The property was in a quiet location ideal for relaxing and the views were gorgeous, it is not too far away to get out and about easily, we went to a number of different beaches and to Llandudno for the day. The children loved having their own bedrooms and having their own living room to play in and watch DVD's, they also liked seeing the owners farm animals and enjoyed going with Alan to feed the pigs and piglets. There is enough room that you are not under each others feet (very spacious, bright and airy). We would and will go again as soon as possible."

"We spent the half term holiday here and can't wait to return. The property is situated at the end of a country lane, really quiet and peaceful. The S5803 is beautiful-really spacious rooms, two bathrooms (including one on the ground floor). The kitchen is large and airy, with windows to 3 sides to make the most of the view of the farm and surrounding countryside. Alan and Vicky were really friendly and helpful. A litter of pigs were born while we were there, and Vicky came over to tell us-we were even able to hold a newborn piglet. We had our dog with us and he was made as welcome as we were. .He was able to enjoy an enclosed garden at the front of the property, as well as a huge field to run about in.. This is definitely the nicest holiday property I have ever stayed in."

"Excellent in every respect. Accommodation spotless, well equipped and ideal for families even with several generations. Owners were friendly, approachable and added greatly to the experience. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the livestock especially the brilliant pigs. Lots of parking and access to grassland to exercise dogs. The atmosphere was really relaxed. The location is close to beautiful beaches, dogs are welcome on part of them. The men parked next to Bangor pier and had a go at sea fishing next to a cafe which supplied hot tea and amazing fresh scones. The little ones could run about and explore in a safe environment. I would have no hesitation in returning and recommend this cottage without reservation."

"We were disappointed for three reasons.1. The photos of the property did not convey just how small the kitchen was - how on earth seven people coped we do not know. Some rivals publish the property plans which would have been useful. 2. The house next door was under-going a complete re-build and had been for some time - we should have been notified. 3. Apparently this property is to undergo a similar re-fit and clearly the owners were not keen to spend much money on the property up-keep, It was starting to look a bit tatty and we were very disappointed it was not of the very high quality we were expecting after having looked at the property photos before booking"
