"We had a lovely time at S15972. The location suited us perfectly. It is a very nice property in a perfect position for exploring the local area. Whilst there we hired a beautician and a chef which enhanced our stay perfectly. The property had everything that we needed and was well equipped with good detailed knowledge. It is tricky to find so definitely read the owners instructions and don't just rely on sat nav. The property is in very good condition for a property of its age. Our only complaint was that the beds weren't as luxurious and comfortable as the rest of the properties furnishings but I understand that the beds are to be changed soon. The hot tub (our main reason for booking this property over others) was cleaned before we came and although fiddly to get a grip of the controls the property manager was very helpful in resolving this. It is in a slightly awkward position for lifting the cover as there isn't room for a second person on the one side to aid lifting which is the only thing I would say that wasn't great about it.We would stay there again."

"My husband and I looked for a place to stay which had showers, was on one level and had some higher easy chairs to accommodate my requirements following a hip replacement and this ticked the boxes. The cottage was well equipped and well situated with easy access to a large number of attractions less than an hour away, so it made a very good base for a Nottinghamshire and/or Lincolnshire holiday. Host Sally provided a welcome pack and advice about local facilities plus was available at the end of the phone in case of any problems.I would suggest that the name of the farm opposite is changed on the travel instructions to Weston Mill Farm rather than leaving it as Mill Farm to avoid confusion."

"Converted semi detached barn/bungalow on a friendly working farm. Excellent welcome from the family, which included brownies, eggs and milk, which were much appreciated. Thank you! Short drive into the village of Sutton where we enjoyed a tasty meal at the Lord Nelson (booking essential), but at half an hour’s walk, we felt it was too far with a baby in a pram.Living room dining/kitchen area of the accommodation was a single space, but we only stayed for a weekend and it served us adequately. Three ensuite bathrooms was a major bonus and I can recommend for this reason alone. Beautiful countryside with lots to do in the area. We will return in future without a doubt."

"First time staying in a lodge, sufficient space for a weekend stay. First impressions were very good, nicely presented and clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding clean.Little things to improve! to get 10/10 Sofa covers should be cleaned between visits as they were grubby on the armrests. The bathroom had a leaking/damp area from the shower. This did not look very nice so needs to be addressed. Basin tap leaking (this we reported to staff)We liked the site as it is not over commercial, noisy or gimmicky and all of us want to come back for another stay. Very handy for fuel and fast food/takeaways nearby."

"My husband and I found the people most welcoming. The site was so peaceful although on a working farm and the quality of the accommodation was superb (We loved the swallows flying around adjacent to the building). I would have given it a five star rating if that is possible. The village pub served fantastic food and everyone was so friendly. S2161 was ideally situated for visiting the many historic sites within the vicinity and also the various towns and villages around. We would go back for another visit. Thank You."
