What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Newhaven To Rent.

"This is the second time staying at Prideaux ( with one teenage son) and the cleanliness and amenities were second to none. There is now a second toilet within the flat which was very handy. The owner is very accommodating and is on hand should you need anything. There are lots to see and do within the area and you can get to almost anything by bus or train. Once again the weather was excellent. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay but be within a busy town then Eastbourne is ideal for that. There are lots of different restaurants in town and loads of bars. Going to London is a breeze on the train and is inexpensive if off peak. Hastings and Brighton are just a short trip by train. Although we drove there we parked the car (off street) and only used it twice in a fortnight. The bandstand is a must too with a variety of brass band and tribute acts. All in all a very enjoyable holiday."

"Good accommodation. Host onsite, very approachable and friendly, no issues. Easy, relaxed and helpful when we had a breakage. Very clean and tidy with everything you would want available. Slightly dated decor in some areas, but comfortable rooms and did not detract from overall experience so don't let it put you off as it is more friendly than a modern place. Lounge very comfortable, with thoughtfully provided books and some puzzles which was a lovely touch. Enjoyed the DVD player, wifi slow but functional. I found the bed too firm for my liking, but this is a personal preference.Location is good - pizza place and Waitrose just up the road, short walk to town and on to the pier. Onsite parking."

"We booked S91052 as a last minute weekend getaway and we weren't disappointed. The apartment is absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings and extremely comfortable. The location is stunning. We sat on the balcony with a glass of wine and watched the boats enter and leave the harbour through the locks. Thoroughly relaxing. The attention to detail was superb and we really felt that the owners furnished it to ensure you had the best experience. Restaurants are a 5 minute gentle stroll away. Secure parking was also a bonus. We will definitely be back for a longer stay."

"Fabulous cottage and equipped to a very high standard. Great welcome pack and lovely garden. The only downside which has been mentioned by others is the road directly outside. It is currently closed in one direction so traffic should be lighter. Unfortunately that does not seem to stop locals driving at ridiculous speeds in a supposed 40mph limit. Road noise was intrusive but on the whole, one of the best properties we have stayed in."

"Cozy little cottage, the décor is a bit outdated but still comfortable, great location for long walks. During our stay we saw rabbits, deer, pheasants and lots of spring flowers. Local amenities are far but owners are extremely helpful and kindly offered to take us to the nearest shop or to buy us some groceries. I would recommend this cottage if you want a silent retreat to hide away from the hustle and bustle of city life."
