"I loved every minute of our holiday at Draenllwwynellen. The house is superb. When we arrived it was like walking into an oasis of calm. Every room was clean and beautifully furnished. We had been left a welcome selection of goodies including the basics but also lovely cake, biscuits, bread, jam and more. Many thanks to Debbie Davies for her kindness and readiness to help with any questions. We spent our evenings enjoying cooking and eating in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom with it’s beautiful bath was very inviting! We loved watching the cows in the field next to the house and looking across the valleys towards the Shropshire hills. At night we would watch the stars in the most beautiful clear sky. I also saw the most beautiful dawn of my life the first morning we were there. We went on several walks and visits during our stay... Offa’s dike at Knighton, the Devil’s chair at Stiperstones, Montgomery castle, Clun castle and Stokesay castle were among our highlights.I can’t really say anything other than great things about this house and the surrounding area. I hope to visit again in the future. Many thanks!"

"We loved the accommodation however there were several issues during our stay including a hob that didn’t fully work and want reported in the first day yet way never fixed or even commented on again, also when we did use it it tripped the electrics. Also the WiFi was continuesly dropping out and the hot tub controls were locked and took a day to unlock. Furthermore we were charged £25 for the use of the bbq which they advertise as providing with no mention of a charge. This said the accommodation was very nice and well presented although the kitchen was not well equipmented with utensils. We also found the owners very unwelcoming which was a shame as we were pleased with the house it was a shame that they small things ruined the stay."

"We loved our summer holiday in S86656, we arrived to a very clean cottage with a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook simple meals and prepare picnics. It was easy to find as it was on the main A5 and although it was on a main road we didn't hear the traffic. There was a lovely fruit cake and a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival which was a lovely thought and very kind of the owners. Unfortunately due to the weather being wet most of the week we could not enjoy the little garden area which was a shame. Pleanty of space for off road parking. We would definitely recommend this cottage for couples or families x"

"Absolutely amazing view! Cottage is beautiful, really cozy, quiet and spotlessly clean! Little added extras showing pride and thought has gone into such a wonderful place.Gareth the owner is such a lovely gentleman who made us feel so, so welcome. He gave us lots of information about the surrounding areas and left a big basket of brochures showing what’s on offer for days out. Horse and pet sheep just outside the door and an enormous ginger cat who comes to visit- we fell in love! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some rest and relaxation. Will definitely be returning."

"Loved S22006 it was warm and cosy very clean and had everything you needed The hosts were so nice , fresh flowers were a lovely touch and delicious welsh cakes. Beds were lovely and comfy. To wake up to views like these were a real treat , made even more beautiful by the snow!! But even this wasn't a problem with help from Gareth and Doreen we had no problems at all. Would highly recommend this lovely holiday cottage. You have to use the car of course to get to local places but of course this is expected if you enjoy the peace and quiet of the country side."
