"Stayed here for a week with friends. Booked because of the location, hot tub and photos of the cottage. It was lovely - the lady owner was present on our first day and was very chatty and friendly. The hot tub water had been replaced earlier on our arrival day which meant we couldn't use it that day, though that wasn't an issue. The cottage was lovely - bright, airy and plenty of space. Over the course of our stay there were issues with the heating which led to 3 days without - it couldn't be helped and the owners were good at keeping me informed regarding what was going on and offered for us to move to a different property - we didn't opt for this and were provided with heaters. The owners did all they could to address the issue and although it was inconvenient, it didn't spoil our week away. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed spending time in this and gazing at the stars (one particular night was extremely clear). We spent days out in Llandudno, Conwy and Betws-y-Coed - all lovely days. Good walks to be had also. There are 3 cottages, all close to one another. Only the larger one was occupied for a few nights whilst we were present - there was no major noise disturbance. Lovely owners who were approachable and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and my friends have already booked to come back again with family."

"This cottage was just amazing. My wife and I with our two young children had the best holiday there. The hot-tub was truly the highlight for us, but it would be doing the accommodation a huge disservice if we said that was the only great thing about this cottage. The underfloor heating made walking bare-foot on the beautifully tiled floors a luxury. The complementary logs for the log-burner in the living room made for a lovely cozy evening in with the wife. The garden was a great size allowing the children to play out and run around in safety. We even flew the kite that was left for us in the garden shed. The owners were lovely. Oh, and did I mention how peaceful it was and how great the view was? The cottage was exactly one year old on the week of our visit, but it still felt brand new. Would we consider going back? Most definitely."

"The cottage is situations along with a few other cottages, although its set out so you have your own private garden areas. S38116 is a beautiful cottage, all furnished with solid oak furniture and cosy feather duvets. The views from the back garden and the log burner are such lovely editions to the cottage. It has everything you need (as usually you have to come prepared with kitchen equipment!). There's plenty nearby to do, there's Rhug Estate farm shop 15mins drive away that's great for breakfast or lunch. We visited The zip safari just 20mins away near Betwsy Coed which was great fun! We hired bikes at a nearby lake and walked up Snowdon, the 'Pyg' track begins about 40mins away. Its safe to say we would love to visit again!"

"Our second year here and it won't be our last. The location is fantastic for exploring North and South Snowdonia with ease and you cannot put a price on that view! Some lovely planting of "red robin" bushes this year makes the garden very attractive but you still get to watch the lambs running about. Great facilities including a washer dryer with a specific sports kit setting for after a big day out in the mountains - very thoughtful. The owners are lovely and there if you need them but his is such a fantastic cottage in such a beautiful place that you just need to be there to have an amazing time. Now did I mention the real steak Rhug pies from down the road..."
