"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at S80531, probably one of the best UK holiday homes we have rented over many years. It is a comfortable and very well equipped town house well situated to provide easy access to everything that New Quay has to offer. The house is full of character and tastefully decorated and furnished. The lovely garden was a great feature and 100% secure for even the most inquisitive dog, a big consideration for us. The two sets of tables and chairs meant we could enjoy the sun for most of the day. The fact that the property is next door to an Indian restaurant meant that if we were sat in the garden in the evening there were occasional food smells and some noise from the extractor fan, but for us these points were easily offset by the garden's benefits, and for most of the day the garden was very peaceful and a perfect spot to relax or read. The narrow parking access down the side of the house will not suit many people, particularly if you have a large vehicle, but it is worth noting that public car parking a few hundred yards away is only £9 for the week and there were plenty of spaces every day.New Quay is a great holiday destination with coastal walks and beautiful beaches on your doorstep, most of them dog friendly. Dolphin spotting was also good fun from the harbour in the evening and we saw quite a few during our week.A good selection of local pubs, cafes and shops meant that we could cater for everything we needed without driving off to Tesco’s etc. and we had the best fish & chips ever from the town, and the best steak ever from the butcher. We will definitely come back to this area again."

"We had an amazing holiday here. The cottage itself had everything we needed, plus lots of extra touches that made it feel like home! Kay & Mike we’re wonderful hosts, helping us to plan our days out & providing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble! The welcome tray of milk, bread & Welsh cakes & butter was a great treat! The setting of the cottage has heavenly! The resident chicken & cats were a hit with our little girl. The woodland is just lovely, so relaxing! There are no shops/pubs within walking distance but just a short drive away & tbe only surprise to us was that more local pubs didn’t cook mid week! However the cottage is so well setup that cooking in the evenings was a delight! Local beaches (especially Poppit sands) are just heavenly! But Kay & Mike are always happy to provide suggestions if needed. We were all very sad to leave and return to the real world! I can’t recommend this beautiful little place enough."

"We have had a wonderful stay at S79958! Mick & Kay are brilliant...very friendly, warm & welcoming! S79958 had everything you could possibly need! The beds were so comfy, the fire in the living room is perfect when it’s cold!! The kids absolutely loved seeing Big Bird and Reddy every morning...and thank you so much for the eggs!!The setting is breathtaking, especially on a clear night...I’ve never seen so many stars!!It is lovely and quiet, there is a garage just down the road which sells milk, bread ect...or a little further into the village and you have a premier stores. The coast is only half hour drive away, as are some of the bigger towns...Carmarthen, Llanelli, Lampeter...Cannot wait to stay here again, and will definitely be recommending you to all of our friends!Thank you so much for a truly magical stay!"

"The location of S85320, in our opinion, was the best. No one to look down on us and when the lid of the hot tub was up it created a screen to make it private. The weather was amazing so it made our nights in the hot tub perfect for watching the moon and stars. Watching the sun rise in the morning over the sea was a sight for sore eyes too. On the down side We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the place as we had to give it a bit of a wipe down and clean the shower tray. We're used to quite a hard supportive king size bed so the double provided was too soft but hey you can't please everyone! We had such a fantastic week and managed to explore most of the Tenby coast line. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"What a lovely holiday home with the added bonus of being very dog friendly with a safe (and well thought out) garden. It is obviously a loved family home, well equipped and there are clear instructions which were useful. We had a mix of ages from 21 to 84 and everyone rated the house very highly. The location was close to amenities and of course giving easy access to all the sights of Ceredigion and north Pembrokeshire. The only slight negative was access to the driveway - it is very tight and would suit smaller cars, we couldn't in fact get our car into the parking area. We would highly recommend S80531 however for the comfortable rooms, super garden and attractive space."
