"Primrose Cottage in Amroth was lovely, a cosy warm place to stay (we stayed the weekend just after the snow in March, most had cleared, but it was still wet and cold !!) it is in an ideal pretty location. The local beach was only a short walk down the road, and the next large village across was either a 20 mins walk along the coastal path or a 10 min drive on the coastal road to Saundersfoot, with a break of a Pub half way through. The nearest CO-OP was a 15 min drive away along the main road. (we found it expensive but convenient for our stay). Tenby was a 20 min drive away along the main road, but for those wanting a more scenic view and had a bit more time, the coastal road was nicer, ( albeit it could be a bit busy in "mid-high season" as there are a lot of Caravan/camp sites along the way ). However, the only minor niggles I need mention, were on using the hot-tub, we were to have supposedly " far" reaching views- unfortunately there was a high hedge in the way, so no views :( , and there wasn't really a hospitality package on arrival, although the owner greeted us, it would have been nice to have this, just as a starter pack...... aside those, it is all in all a lovely place, and I would recommend to a friend. it is set in an ideal location, for there are plenty of things around to do, just a shame it was only a short stay (3 nights) for us. S W Wales is a very lovely place to visit. Very Similar to Cornwall"

"We were a group of 13 ladies celebrating two 50th birthdays. We arrived at 7pm it was cold and damp when we arrived, the house was all lit up with sparkling lights outside,we were met by Georgie who had already put our internet shopping away and she showed us around the house which was lovely the photos on the web page don’t do justice to the house. The kitchen was outstanding the dining table fitted everyone around, and there was a tv in there where we plugged in our own karaoke machine we had a fab night eating drinking and singing no worrying about upsetting the neighbors as there aren’t any. We had a fantastic weekend in a fantastic property that is owned by a lovely lady. I would definitely recommend this house and we will return one day."

"Absolutely perfect for a "get away from it all" holiday. The cottage has every imaginable facility you might need, even if considering an extended break. Elm View is ideally situated for exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline and other attractions in the area. The owner, Lynnette is very friendly and easy going, nothing is too much trouble, she advised us on the endless dog walks all directly accessible from the cottage. Lucy, her own little dog is a delight and quickly made friends with our own 2. You would need to bring the basics (food & drink wise), the nearest Spar is a few miles away - but again this clearly mentioned in the description. We had a wonderful late Autumn break and look forward to going back again in 2019."

"Great location. Not much room in cottage but comfortable enough for two. Lack of those little 'extras' that we have usually had in most cottages we stay in and we stay in at least one every year. It is so welcoming if you find things such as milk, maybe a loaf of local bread, Welsh cakes or as often happens, a bottle of wine to welcome you. Even if the cost were upped by a tenner, the lessees wouldn't know, as that would be included within the price of the cottage and the owner would garner great goodwill from such personal touches. If tea and coffee, sugar, salt pepper etc are provided they should be of good quality and not 'old' and damp. We always bring our own anyway as most people would."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hen Ysgol in Llansaint. The owners were helpful, cheerful and pleasant. We were happily surprised to find a Bottle of wine and one of milk in the fridge when we arrived and a tin of Welsh cakes, made by the lovely lady herself, on the table. We didnt go to the Pub in the village but we did frequent the Farm shop (Parc y Boc) on the way to Kidwelly for morning coffee and afternoon teas - their cakes were delicious. We generally ate in the cafes/pubs of the places we were visitingThis is a very interesting part of South Wales and we would recommend people to to go and stay there for a week of interesting places to visit"
