"The Best Place to Stay in Brighton - Corner Cottage! We just cannot fault Corner Cottage! From the perfect location to the beautiful interior this cottage is an absolute gem to get the most out of a trip to Brighton. Myself and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights and the cottage was key to making our trip so memorable. There is parking literally a stones throw away so you don’t have to worry about lugging bags/suitcases very far and the cottage itself was very easy to find with the instructions given from Emily the owner. When we arrived to the Cottage we both thought it was just gorgeous! Tucked away in the Lanes with its bright pink door, it was just pretty as a picture! The gorgeousness continued inside! Each room was so tastefully decorated with colour and elements of Brighton’s history running throughout. You have all you need inside, full kitchen utensils, Netflix on the TV, games in the cupboard and cosy comfy beds! Also, despite being in central Brighton, you wouldn’t know as we didn’t have any noise keeping us awake which was great! We stayed as just one couple but the cottage has 2 double rooms with en suites and a third twin room which can sleep 3, so perfect for family’s or couples travelling together! I would say the main feature that we thought was amazing was the location, you really are a stones through away from absolutely everything! The beach/pier is a 5 minute walk away, there are fabulous restaurants such as the Giggling Squid and The Breakfast Club right on the doorstep and we explored the Lanes abundance of bars, shops and coffee shops all straight from the cottage - no need for taxis or the car! And Brighton’s Royal Pavilion is a must see!! All in all, we found Brighton to be vibrant, fun and full of things to do and see, with Corner Cottage our perfect home for the weekend! We will definitely be returning!! :) "

"Bedford House was an ideal house for us to get the most out of Brighton. It's location was great, it was furnished to a very high standard, and was very clean and well presented. The beach was just over a minutes walk, and the main Shops in Brighton were a 15 minute walk. Parking was fairly straightforward , with a Pay and Display close by for £5.10 per day, and a handy app for your mobile so you can purchase a weeks worth for £35.70. The whole process of booking, payment, and correspondence was easy, and the precise instructions for location and entry to the property were excellent. We will definitely visit Brighton again, and will definitely use Kent and Sussex Holidays A superb Townhouse in a great location. The property was well furnished, very clean, and ideal located for the beach, and only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Brighton shopping. "

"Just a few words. From the property description we took it there was off road parking in a drive. We always insist on this. It was not so at Mallows. Parking was in a very narrow unmade road. No turning, meaning you had to back up at least 50 feet into a busy road. Where you parked was very difficult; old tree stumps, steep, dangerous slope when you got out the car. Might be room for one car, not two. Worse of all there was an obvious and long running dispute with all the neighbours over parking. Very unpleasant situation. Also when we arrived the TV did not work. Had to get an engineer to fix. Took him 40 minutes to retune the Sky box. Should have been checked prior to our arrival. Outside of property in much need of repair, inside very little character, very bland."

"We had a lovely week at Fairwinds. . The bungalow is very well positioned and offers fabulous views and walks. The pool is very welcome and can be used covered or uncovered. The amenities within the bungalow are very good, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We went as a family of 4 with 2 small dogs and were made to feel very welcome by the housekeeper when we arrived. There are 2 pubs within easy walking distance which offer great food. The one further away has a better menu and you can take the dogs inside. There are several good takeaways locally, a little convenience shop which you can walk to and two larger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this property and we will also return."

"Our stay at Corner Cottage couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is amazing, right in the heart of The Lanes so it was perfect for exploring, sightseeing and people watching and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach too- incredible!! The cottage itself was immaculate; spotlessly clean and contemporary. The main living area was fantastic, a great open space, loads of space for the 4 of us who stayed. The kitchen was fully equipped and thoughtful touches added throughout. The helpful guide left by the owners was brilliant, it gave us a really great starting point of what to see and do and helped us have an amazing trip! We will absolutely be staying here again when we revisit Brighton. "
