"The location the cottage the homeliness of it all was lovely apart from the fact the WiFi and the heating and hot water didn’t work. The heating was hard to work and wasn’t working at all which effected our time in the hot tub as it was too coldTo come back into the cottage, the hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked it and didn’t get to use it as we liked to. Was meant to be under floor heating but didn’t feel any benfit by it It also made us uncomfortable we lit the cooker to get heat in the kitchen. Had three mobile numbers to call of the owners of there was problems only one answered, the man was lovely but he didn’t have a clue how to work the heating which was really unhelpful. He just said sorry. The hot water was a bit clicking has to fiddle about a lot with the monitor to get it working. Was really dissipointed as we paid good money to stay there and not as much as a slight refund or anything back. Was a lovely place just bad facilities when it came to the heating and water and WiFi :( was sad about it! :( :("

"Rooms were tidy but needed hover. As soon as we arrived we had to hover although had to stop and empty the hover due to the bad smell.house was dusty, cobwebs. Lounge was tidy but floors not throughly clean. Had dog saliva on floor rugs and sofa. Dog hairs on floor, child high chair very very dirty and sticky couldn’t use this although wanted to clean this but had to stop due to its current state. Kitchen well equipped but microwave not working. Front of the house unkept could do with tidying up and a lick of paint as first impression count. This was very dump and not clean. Had to pickup litters on arrival. Tried emergency contact 5 times without response with voice message when searching for the cot; eventually was found in one of the bedrooms cupboards. Too furniture in the master bedroom. Had to move free standing mirror to the landing House spacious for 5 and very well equipped. Friendly neighbors in all."

"We stayed for a week here (4 adults, 2 dogs) and cannot fault the accommodation. The house is extremely well equipped down to having a salad spinner and bakeware in the kitchen, a good selection of board games and garden toys for children. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in on a holiday rental and the bathroom is lovely. The only thing I can think that is lacking is a mirror in the bedroom. A few minutes walk takes you into the town one way and to the local co-op the other. Pembrey Country Park has the beautiful beach, walks through the forest and other activities. A short drive to Llanelli and you can walk the millennium coastal path and a longer drive takes you to Tenby where an island cruise is well worth it for spotting seals, puffins and other sea birds. Having fantastic weather helped but really we’ve not stayed in a better holiday rental."

"A lovely house in a very good location. Stayed for 4 nights my husband, mum, daughter, myself and our 11 month old Cavapoo. Spacious house with great variety of cooking utensils available. We choose the house because we were all able to have ensuite facilities. Fab views across the nature reserve especially when sitting in the sun on the balcony. We would love to return with our other daughter and her family as there is plenty of space for 10 people. We took our dog crate as our dog always sleeps in it and there was ample room for it. I would suggest that they improve their house book with more info about house rules and appliance usage (although we did manage fine) and provide a new comments book as we would love to have left a message. A welcome pack was provided and was much appreciated with tea coffee biscuits Welsh cakes and shortbread"

"A pleasant stay although not practical for us with regard to the downstairs bathroom. Great if you're downstairs, but a bit of a trek if you sleep in the double room at night, as one is above the other, so you have to walk the full length of the cottage twice. Not any good if you're slightly incapacitated. The stairs being wooden are noisy & steep so care must be taken & the beds were uncomfortable, although if you like a hard bed, you'll be ok. My partner slept on the sofa. Didn't want to put food in a couple of the kitchen cupboards as the smell of damp was strong. We did have wifi for a couple of days & then didn't have it again after that. Got a lovely 'Welcome pack' & the owners were helpful."
