"We stayed in S60474 in June 2018. Four adults and one dog. The cottage is beautifully furnished, spacious and very well equipped. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever had away from home. The showers are very big and water pressure is excellent but there are no grab rails anywhere in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for the family along with a wide range of crockery and glasses including baby bowl and drinking cups. The sofas are comfy but very low (the older couple in our party needed assistance getting up every time). WiFi was good. The garden is small but has enough room for table and chairs, sunloungers and barbecue. The horses in the adjacent field came to see us every day, our dog wasn't sure about them to start with but by the end of the week they were nose to nose. All in all great value for money, a very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend this cottage."

"fantastic base for a Kent holiday, the house is 2 min walk to the high st, where there are a plethora of restaurants, eateries and shops, there's also the fantastic harbor area. The house is very well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable. I would definetley stay there again.Downside, there is absolutely no parking near the house you have drive round the local streets looking for a space. When I booked by phone my only request was 2 beds 2 bath, Its my own fault for not checking each bath was on the same floor as the bed, just personal preference but a bathroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen not for me."

"We were a family group ranging from 19 to 90 and other family members joined us for a tea party. The house accommodated us easily in spite of the rain. It was great fun to cook on an Aga, especially when we were allowed to use produce from the garden. The second toilet was invaluable. Sarah was a lovely 'host', very knowledgeable when we needed her. We took up her offer of a tour and it was really interesting to hear about the recent history of the site. The bungalow suited us perfectly and is a great location for days out in Canterbury (walkable), Margate, Romney Marsh etc."

"Very enjoyable weekend in this centrally located accommodation. It made a big difference having onsite parking where we could just leave the car and walk everywhere. The accommodation itself was very well appointed - it the little things that make the difference - toilet rolls, washing up liquid and dish cloths all being provided.Being so close to the town centre there was some noise from the nearby pubs - I'm not sure how noisy this would be in the summer months but in February it was not an issue"

"You guys should be on TripAdvisor - can't find you and have so many fab photos to share!Just can't thank Mr and Mrs Smith enough for such a wonderful stay. They had thought of every small detail to make our weekend relaxing and cosy - fur blankets on the sofa, fire and lighters for the log burner, fluffy towels, robes & slippers, tea/coffee/milk/cookies, all amenaties you could wish for and more.I think this is the loveliest holiday home I have ever stayed in and really hope to be back one day."
