"The lodge (No.20)was comfortable and lovely. It was in a quiet and serene area, yet the village was just with in walking distance. The lodge was spacious and having en-suites in all four bedrooms made it so good as we were two families. There was ample parking spaces. The supply of towels and kitchen equipment was good. There was no information booklet which we find in most accommodations. We had to ask for it and what was given to us was not really useful. We could not use the phones to contact the owner to report some issues as there was no signal and we later found where they live so it was ok. She was very helpful when we reported about the front door lock as we could not lock the door. She knew about this as someone else had reported it. She locked the door for us with great difficulty and we did not use the door since as we had the back door and the door from the kitchen. However it should have been sorted out before our arrival. The door handle to the en-suite in the main bedroom was broken and so was the toilet paper dispenser, the oven was dirty and we had to clean it, the freezer was full of ice as it was not defrosted before our arrival, the shower room in the twin bedroom opposite the double bedroom upstairs could not be used as the water kept coming out and once it leaked down the ceiling downstairs. Luckily we had enough bathrooms we could use."

"Beautiful cottage, situated in an ideal location! Me and my girlfriend had a very enjoyable stay in the cottage. We were greeted and given a tour and guide around the property and its functions, such as the hot tub, underfloor heating, appliances, lighting etc. The cottage was furnished and decorated to a modern and high standard. We were happy to find that the cottage was already equipped with essentials such as cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pans, pots and cleaning products, board games, DVD's etc. The cottage is situated in a great location for access to local attractions. During our 2 night/3 day stay, we had a lovely scenic drive into the town, visited the local lake and the shops and bars within the town, visited Barmouth on day two which was a pleasant 45min drive from the cottage. We then visited Swallow Falls in Betws-y-Coed and Llandudno on day 3. Fantastic!"

Owners were great. Lovely cottage with a high spec and modern fixtures and fittings. Drinks in the garden while relaxing in the hot tub. Very close to town, but yet so quiet and relaxing out the back. Great food at the White Lion Hotel and at Plas yn Dre.</span>"

"Cae Cerrig is a lovely property, extremely comfortable and well appointed with a parking area which is large enough to accommodate 6 vehicles . The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in an excellent location with beautiful views across Cardigan Bay and over to the LLeyn Peninsular and well placed for exploring North and Mid Wales. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who popped in shortly after our arrival to make sure all was to our satisfaction, in addition to providing (very much appreciated) welcome gifts including wine, chocolates and a selection of biscuits. We all had a great time and would highly recommend it."
