"Me and my wife had a lovely weeks stay. Cottage was small but perfect for two. Very clean and tidy everywhere, Kitchen well kitted out, making self catering easy. Very well maintained cottage. Very quiet, heard nothing from the neighbours.Bumped into the friendly owner a couple of times when he came to clean/check the hot tub, made us feel good to know it's checked and cleansed regularly as you don't know who's been it before. In one corner of the hot tub, the jets didn't work, that could do with fixing.Lovely views and lots to do around the north wales/snowdon area, providing you don't mind a bit of driving on country windey roads.Being overly critical I would say the main bed is not great, wooden frame that's very creaky and a bit wobbly, maybe needs so tightening up everywhere. Plus get the hot tub working 100%, for us it was the big selling point when looking for a cottage and I feel it should be working properly. Overall we would stay again and highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing break."

"Facilities are excellent, full Sky Q package, nice fireplace, lovely hot tub and sauna and nice kitchen. Top notch and the real winning features of this cottage. We arrived to freshly painted outside walls but no warning so we were all covered in paint after walking in, including the dog who needed immediate cleaning. A pair of used underpants were left in the main bedroom and at this point we were so disgusted we would've left if we had somewhere else to go! There is a lot of bric-a-brac around which are dust collectors and need a serious clean (I'd just get rid). Hard to reach areas like light fittings are also filthy and let the place down.Offered for the owner to contact me to discuss however he hasn't, so that's why I'm leaving this review. I can't honestly recommend this cottage to friends and family because of the cleanliness, however if this was rectified the features would make it an excellent accommodation."

"For the money we paid the stay was fine. & we had a bottle wine on arrival. Cottage was comfortable and clean but small. The hot tub was great but could do with some lighting as pitch black when security lights went off. Only 1 medium size towel was provided for a 3 night stay which meant hard to keep dry when using for showers and hot tub. Maybe a fluffy robe and slippers for hot tub? Nothing in surrounding area. Enjoyed a trip to Angelesy and Aber Falls. Cooker had no hood so when cooking a breakfast the fire alarms went off so could do with an extractor fan so ate out. Bed & pillows very soft & bed could do with a bit of screw tightening, sofas small so we put the 2 together so we could sit together!..All in all it was a decent stay but with some little extra touches which we have had with other cottages would go a long way. We wouldn't stay again as the area not great."

"Fantastic cottage in a brilliant location, with high views looking out across the harbor and bay. There are narrow lanes leading to the cottage, so travel with care, but if you are after a peaceful and tranquil location, then look no further. Aside from a footpath running parallel to the cottage (we saw the odd person using it), there is no one else around to bother you. The town is a 15 minute walk downhill, where there is a small local shop and several eateries (we can recommend The Dovey Inn). The beach is large with ample parking. We were there just outside of the Welsh Easter holidays so it was fairly quiet, I suspect in full holiday season it would be very busy. The cottage is expensive for what it is, but relaxing in the hotub on an evening staring out over the coastline - well, it was worth every penny!"

"A great base for exploring all that north Wales has to offer. S77041 was cosy and inside it was spotlessly clean. We were a family of four and found the cottage just big enough for us all. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great views from the bedroom window and the hot tub was an added luxury. There is a playing field and swing park for the kids a minutes walk from the cottage and the local shop is well stocked. A couple of things that could have improved the stay; tin foil and cling film for making pack ups, more then one loo roll and the area outside the front door where the bins are kept would benefit from a sweep up and tidy. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area so would heartily recommend S77041."
