"Mid February 2018: As a young couple (21&23) we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment with our dog. The caretaker is lovely and so helpful, he comes to check the hot tub for you every morning and puts in cleaning solutions. I would ignore any complaints in reviews because it is honestly lovely accommodation. We stayed on the ground floor which we preferred as the first floor had steep steps and no gate at the top of the steps for pets and children. The decking is still raised and far from the ground below. Also being on the ground floor means you have upstairs' decking over part of your decking and your hot tub so it is protected a little more from any rain (it can drip through the holes). You are able to see all other apartments deckings and hot tubs but we didn't mind as all our neighbours at the time were lovely.I gave a 7 for comfort as the bed was smaller than our normal double sized bed at home and an 8 for local amenities as we were unaware February is one of the two months that are out of season and only the local convenience shop, fish & chip shop, Indian restaurant/takeaway and a pub was open within the town on the sea front. However this was still plenty enough for us. There are a further 4 x beach shops/cafes, 2 x other convenience shops, a diner style restraunt and nearby caravan sites with restaurants and indoor pools that were closed (unsure if you would be able to use these).I would suggest taking some toilet roll as we were given 1 and had to buy more from the shop and a torch as round the back of the property there are no lights when it gets dark for taking any pets out. The apartment has electric radiators in every room which can be turned on and off by a socket switch on the wall - they warm the apartment very quickly so it is never cold. We only had 1 morning of rain and strong wind."

"What a wonderfully impressive house, beautifully inside and out.Something for everyone, with large bedrooms, a great fully-equipped kitchen, separate large seating areas and games room. The property had plenty of towels and little other extras, such as toiletries which is an added bonus but not mentioned on the website. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, meeting our needs perfectly and I would use again in a heartbeat. The photos online do not do it justice as the rooms are much bigger than they look and the house even more outstanding in the flesh.A couple of small negatives that others should consider is that 2 bedrooms are joined and you have to go through another to use the bathroom making it difficult with 9 adults sharing the house who all wanted their privacy. Before arriving our party argued over the beautiful large bedroom with balcony but then decided against once they realised it was connected to another. We didn’t realise this when looking at the photos or see in the description unfortunately, which left my elderly mother using a child’s single bed downstairs instead of the intended double bed with ajoining bathroom. The busy main road, whilst quiet once windows and doors were shut was a disappointment and left nowhere to walk from the property with our dog or walk in general without having to drive instead. We took 3 cars to the property and found that our more nervous driver found turning right from the property or right into it very scary, especially when there was heavy daytime traffic on the dual carriageway.I would recommend to anyone who knew the small downsides and it’s a perfect holiday home, which we’d all like to own."

"Basic apartment, one double and two bunk beds. Bunk beds only Suitable for children up to about 12 yrs. I would call this luxury in any definition of the word luxury.Lovely balcony with the hot tub, but as the apartment is dog friendly a gate would be useful, especially as there were dogs in most of the 20 apartments.Laminate flooring throughout and the decoration was all magnolia, but not done to a very high standard.Kitchen equipment and crockery was limited and basic, so much so that we did not use the dishwasher it would never be full.Furniture was a sofa, a chair, table and four chairs and a coffee table in lounge dinerDouble bed, wardrobe and two bedside cabinets in master bedroom with bedside lights. Two bunks and a chest of drawers in second bedroom but no lamp. Master bedroom lacked a dressing table. There were no blinds in the bathroom. The bedrooms had blinds but no curtains. The balcony was nice but the one above was also made from decking so rain dripped through and so did water when occcupants above used hot tub. Luckily their dog did not wee on their balcony.Stan the Caretaker was very helpful and came round each morning to attend to the hot tub.BT Broadband was very good and tv worked fine, as did the DVD playerA car is a must as it is a long walk down to Pendine and facilities are geared towards the caravan park and holiday makers."

"I was so excited to go here my sister and I had rented the weekend as a surprise for my Mom's 50th birthday. We are so happy we chose S33563! We got lost on the way there and locals offered us a map and advice, we were only 2 minutes away but it was dark. When we arrived there we couldn't believe how clean and welcoming it was! There was a welcoming pack with a bottle of white wine, wish cakes and a hand made card saying 'welcome to S33563'. My Mom was very impressed! The underfloor heating was a blessing as it was 0 degrees. The bed was very comfy, I had a wonderful slew after the 4 hour drive there. The hot tub was perfect, one of the main reasons we went there and we did not regret it. The site manager came round the morning after to clean it and he introduced himself. It was lovey(even though it was Rainly Februay) to be able to wake up and see the open views in front of you. I am going to be booking again for a friends birthday and myself, my mom, sister and aunt want to make it a yearly thing. Honestly, I was very impressed, lovely weekend away."

"S33563 was an excellent apartment and the four of us had an great weekend away as a result. It was a lovely gesture to find a bottle of cava, a bottle of fresh orange juice and some Welsh Cakes as a welcome gift upon arrival, and the facilities were generally brilliant. The only very minor niggles were a broken cooker hood (the light worked but the extractor fan wouldn't turn on), difficulty in figuring out how to heat the boiler for hot water (shower, sink etc required us to locate the boiler and switch on the hot water - not tricky just slightly frustrating when trying to have a shower etc) and on one night, I found an earwig in my bed. However, this could have easily brought itself in on our clothing/baggage etc. Overall, a lovely property in a lovely location, and one which I would highly recommend."
