"Were a family of 5 from Lincoln - we looked for a holiday home with plenty of space and modern facilities and we found it! The bungalow is situated high up within a static caravan and lodge holiday site but we didn't really see many people or hear and noise from anyone - really peaceful.RAF valley is within sight in the distance and a few Hawks come over every now and then which is fab if you're an enthusiast ! The photos just dont give it justice at all - the house is huge ! The living space is so spacious we kept misplacing the children ! Really wish it had a couple more bedrooms so we could come back with the rest of the family ! Big tv in the cavernous lounge with most sky channels - excellent quality wifi availableKitchen well stocked but could have done with some instructions on how to use the aga and that the electric oven didnt work. Also bigger pans and roasting dish would have been useful when cooking for large family.Big driveway with a lockable gate so children can play out and be safe. Ours loved playing on their scooters on the lovely flat paths all round the house. The whole house feels like you're living in someone's home - the choice of furnishings and furniture were beautiful. Beds were really comfy 6 foot wide in each of the 3 rooms or 3 foot twins. luxurious bathrooms and really thick fluffy towels and robes for everyone.10 minute walk down to Port Diane beach which is just gorgeous - main beach at Treadder beach a little walk round the bay - coastal path near the village notice board was lovely.we used the bungalow as a base and explored the island and loved it.We will return - Thankyou"

"Lovely cottage, we chose to stay out of the main town as we took two dogs with a firework fear. Local shops were small and expensive but this is to be expected. Supermarkets within a few miles drive. Close to a few beaches although one is accesed down a very thin single track road. The cottage is clean, well maintained and not lacking in space, the only two negatives we had was the heated floor in the bedroom didn't work although the log burner soon warmed the bedroom up, the furniture could of been comfier but we didn't let it stop us enjoying our stay and it most definitley would not stop us going back again. We had an issue opening the fire door on our second night but when we text the owners they were out within the hour. The garden was a nice size and secure, the fence on the field side between the cottage and the field is only about 4ft but if it was any higher it would ruin the view which is amazing. My brother left 2 hoodies in tbe bedroom when we left and upon realising we messaged the owner and she kindly posted them back to us. Had an amazing time and would absolutely go again we got it for a good price and it ticked all our boxes."

"Stayed here for a week a family of 6. Plenty of room in the accommodation and the 3 bathrooms a plus. The cottage is tired and in need of a good amount of tlc especially the downstairs. The whole place was/is dusty and a good clean would not be unwelcome. The hot tub was a very nice touch but set in a "courtyard" of weeds and cigarette ends and what appears to be a derelict building attached to it. The sauna is on the front of the property down some steps and looks as though it is in someone else's backyard "not that private". The friendly dog that lives next door is indeed friendly so much so that he leaves you presents all around the seating at the front of the property. We did have a good holiday but fortunately the weather was good so we didn't spend all our time inside. This is just our opinion from our stay and others have written glowing reports but for a property costing what this did then we expected more"

"Lovely cottage with plenty of space for 6 people. Beds were comfortable, heating was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped, though we thought a casserole with a lid would have been useful for the microwave. It was great having Sky TV and being able to watch the sport. Wi fi was very good, keeeping all members of the family happy. The hot tub was brilliant and we used it every evening in the cold and dark! It did say that it was checked every day, but as we were out and about we didn't see anyone. The view from the kitchen window is marvellous, you can see Snowdonia mountain range. I can understand why people are unhappy about work around the cottage as this could be annoying in the summer, especially if using the garden during the day, though it didn't affect us as it was New Year. Tesco delivered a food shop and found the place with a little help and guidance."

"OK,so the plus' ,great space, decorated lovely, not done with cheap equipment, beds great, comfy, everything you need, Now sadly the minus; and I want to be honest even if they sound fussy,When we entered the property awful smell of 'curry' we couldn't make out where it was coming from until we went to use the microwave,oh dear, the coating had all peeled of from front and back inside and was rusty so could not use it,the kettle badly needed descaling,it was green inside, dirty in cutlery drawer, the base around shower screen in en-suite needed a good clean, and screen in other bathroom made the water go everywhere as not enclosed, hair inside bedside drawers, grubby inside bathroom cupboard, and all the pillows were flat, its a shame about these things, but seems to be wherever we go nobody cleans microwave, and descales kettles why?"
