What our customers are saying about our New Year Cottages In Whitstable To Rent.

"We booked Whitepost for a small family group attending a wedding in Whitstable. The location couldn't have been better, very central, close to the seafront and a few minutes from many restaurants. In general the property was well equipped and comfortable with a nice seaside feel (art work and general decor) but the bathroom arrangements let the property down. The advertised shower over bath in the main bathroom is just a hand held mixer with no screen or curtain, making it very difficult to use as a shower. The shower in the shower room is better, but in a very small cubicle. Be aware there is only 1 parking space even though the photo makes you think there are more. We variously had to park a 2nd car at a friend's house out of town or in the paid car parks because we had made an incorrect assumption based on the photo."

"Gorgeous holiday home. It's a terraced house with a cottagey makeover which means it was much cleaner and more spacious than others we have booked. The hosts were welcoming and left lots of provisions including sparkling wine for our New Year celebrations! Home is beautifully decorated with great amenities, wood burner, blankets and a special wine fridge! The more modern, spacious arrangement were great for travelling with a baby and the hosts arranged for a high chair and cot to accomodate the us. The only downside is that there is very limited on street parking used by residents. This meant that we had to use a car park which, for two cars over four days, cost us close to £80. The location is superb but it's worth factoring in the extra cost as it was a bit of a shock!"

"We were impressed with the modern and spacious living areas of the house which were very comfortable. The kitchen and utility room are very well equipped with efficient, easy to use white goods, although with the weather being so good a clothes airer would be very useful. The location is just right, very close to the beach yet far enough away from the main attractions to be peaceful. Three generations of our family enjoyed our week here, especially our young grandsons who were in and out of the sea the whole time. Also within easy reach of Broadstairs, Whitstable, Margate,Ramsgate and Canterbury. Will be recommending to family and friends."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is lovely and checked we were settled in. The house was very clean and tidy, the best we've had. Whitsable is a great town, lovely beach and easy reach to all of Kent. The East Kent pub is well worth the 10 minute walk. The parking was a bit of an issue for us, being high season it was hard to find somewhere to park after a day out. We did spend 20 minutes one evening driving around the local streets. The single beds are also too hard for me to sleep. We would still recommend staying here."

"Beautiful location and views over the sea. A beautiful little cottage. The cooker, some of the lights and vacuum cleaner didn't work properly during our stay due too heavy rain. However I know this is being sorted out by the owner. There was lots of dogs hair on the matts left from the previous guests but this could be sorted by purchasing a working vacuum cleaner. Overall the cottage is beautiful and despite a few problems, as mentioned I would recommend it as a holiday cottage. Thanks, enjoy your stay. X"
