What our customers are saying about our Family Cottages In Warrington To Rent.
- Mrs Peters, October 2018 - verified booking
"It is modern, spacious and well equipped. The second floor lounge is a lovely place to sit and watch the narrow boats, ducks and swans on the river. The town centre with its old and new areas is just a short walk away. There are lots of interesting places to visit and there is plenty of tourist information provided. If you are a member of the National Trust Tatton Park, Dunham Massey and Quarry Bank Mill and gardens are a short drive away. A visit to Liverpool is recommended taking a guided tour on the yellow bus. It takes about fifty minutes and you can get off and on at various stops around the city. There is a direct train service to Liverpool Lime Street station from Hartford station, about 2 miles from Northwich, but car parking is limited due to commuters and costs £3.70 on weekdays."

"We had a lovely family break. The lodge was lovely and clean which is fantastic as we’ve been on some holidays and this has not been the case. If I’m being really picky then a negative was the bedroom had a lot of large items of furniture (some unnecessary) making it extremely tight with the travel cot and the kitchen had a gas kettle and no electric toaster meaning we had to be a little more organised in preparing bottles etc for the little ones... but this was just something we got the hang of and didn’t really upset our holiday. WiFi speed/connection is terrible too so if you’re someone that needs to be connected to the outside world then you’d need to take this into account. Overall though, we loved our stay!"

"The cottage is brilliant, plenty of room, very bright, we loved the lighting that they have done in the cottage. We were very lucky that we had a fabulous week with the weather, so spend most of it with all the doors open in the cottage and eating outside. The main bedroom is lovely plenty of room, the other bedrooms are very nice, not over big and could do with some drawers for putting some things away, even though there's drawers under the bed. We had a great week and have already recommended this cottage to friends, they came to visit while we were there and they loved it."

"We booked the Green House for our annual girlie Christmas weekend away and this property did not disappoint. We always pick a property with a hot tub as this is a must!! Penny the owner only lives a couple of doors away and was extremely welcoming and only a phone call away if we needed anything. Location is fab not too long of a journey but feels like your in the middle of nowhere! I would definitely recommend this property for small groups (sleeps 6) and I would consider staying here again in the not to distant future hopefully ??!!"

"Facing the confluence of the river Weaver and the river Dane it has wonderful views of life on the river, including ducks and swans and a variety of barges both moored and travelling along the river. We enjoyed sitting on the patio area watching river life. The house itself is truly beautifully presented and has every convenience one could wish for. The fact that it is a gated development is a bonus, and on top of all that it is just a short easy walk over the bridge into the charming town of Northwich. We have had a lovely holiday."
