"Excellent sized and enclosed lawn for children and dogs to play on.Hot tub made the holiday for us before and after days out.Felt private even though the cottages on either side were in use.Good amount of kitchen essentials, and great to have a washing machine and microwave if needed.Overall, there needed more attention paid to the cleanliness inside the cottage between the weekly changeover. When we arrived there were cobwebs hanging down over the cabinet in the living room...one had a spider in it. The floors downstairs were dirty, and the skirting boards were dusty. The downstairs toilet had lots of dust all round its base, and behind it, and when I wiped it and the floor around it with antibacterial wipes on our arrival the wipes were then very dirty.Kitchen floor dirty, too.Window sill in downstairs bedroom also dirty ...the cloth I used to wipe up some rain that had come through the open window was filthy afterwards.Same in the shower unit. Not a great first impression. The seen-better-days cushions in the living room could do with replacing.I thought attention could've been paid to making sure the outside table and chairs could've been cleaned and tidied for our arrival, too. The chairs had old bird poo stains on their seated parts. It was sad to see 2 nice pairs of left behind children's shoes placed inside the living room cabinet from previous guests, rather than making sure they got back to the owners. We all thought our beds were very comfortable. Good amount of guest towels, and starter toilet rolls.Could probably do with more recycling containers as there weren't enough for 3 in use at the same time cottages."

"The accommodation is brilliant - ideal for a large family gathering and the property is well located for most of Anglesey's best attractions. We have rented countless holiday properties over the years and we cannot agree with the description of the property as being well equipped - the kitchen is basic with only enough plates, glasses, cutlery etc for one meal. The dishwasher and fridges are very much on their last legs. Another example is a drastic shortage of mirrors (a small point maybe but with a house full of 5 ladies, this caused problems at times) and a complete absence of homely touches such as books, games dvd's etc. Cleanliness was ok only with cobwebs and dead flies aplenty and we had to wash up glasses and mugs before use. We had to tolerate a foul smell in one of the wet rooms throughout the week and, when it rained, water poured through the extractor fan in the other wet room. All in all, the house is in need of some TLC. The grass was in severe need of a cut when we arrived on Friday, although this was attended to on the Monday. I repeat - the accommodation is great but we had to conclude that the house is overpriced for what it is. This view was confirmed, albeit at a superficial level, by the absence of the usual welcome gifts of milk and goodies. A cheap bottle of English 'wine' was left which was utterly tasteless and I'm afraid went straight down the sink. Constructive criticism I hope !"

"Lovely cottage, we chose to stay out of the main town as we took two dogs with a firework fear. Local shops were small and expensive but this is to be expected. Supermarkets within a few miles drive. Close to a few beaches although one is accesed down a very thin single track road. The cottage is clean, well maintained and not lacking in space, the only two negatives we had was the heated floor in the bedroom didn't work although the log burner soon warmed the bedroom up, the furniture could of been comfier but we didn't let it stop us enjoying our stay and it most definitley would not stop us going back again. We had an issue opening the fire door on our second night but when we text the owners they were out within the hour. The garden was a nice size and secure, the fence on the field side between the cottage and the field is only about 4ft but if it was any higher it would ruin the view which is amazing. My brother left 2 hoodies in tbe bedroom when we left and upon realising we messaged the owner and she kindly posted them back to us. Had an amazing time and would absolutely go again we got it for a good price and it ticked all our boxes."

"Great location for exploring all of the island but also not far to go into Llandudno etcHot tub great feature.Lots of cobwebs in bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen area on arrival. Dirty skirtings. The rooms were well presented. However, the beds are veet soft and springy so can spoil a good nights sleep. Good quality pillows and duvet. The bathrooms were a let down, halls in the wall downstairs allowing spiders through and we killed 9 beetles that crawled in. The living room furniture were not as comfy for relaxing in as hoped for. The WiFi was excellent. Garden furniture not the best and needed an umbrella shade and it would benefit from a BBQ. The property next door had a BBQ. The lawn needed mowing it wasnt neat and tidy. Attention to detail is what lacked in this property for the price being charged. The view and location were the highlights along with the hot tub. We managed to relax but it would have been nice to not have had to clean areas on arrival or re wash dirty glasses and crockery before using."

"Booked this house for my friends hen do and we had a great time. The house is very roomy and we particularly loved the dining area which takes full advantage of the views of the amazing countryside. There were 7 in our party so we had plenty room with the 5 bedrooms. The 4 showers is also an added advantage as generally no one had to wait to get ready. Massive kitchen (with heated floor!!), great living room and the outside space is also fab. Loved the hot tub which was nice and warm despite the cold march weather. Would definitely recommend this for any group and any occasion. The town nearby is very small but has an excellent restaurant: catch 22 - we had a really lovely meal here and taxi there and back was only £3.50 each way. You definitely need a car if you want to get out and about. We had a wonderful stay and I hope I get to stay here again one day ?"
