What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Wifi In Staffordshire Moorlands To Rent.

"A lovely location and a beautiful part of the world. The accommodation is small but quirky and well-designed overall. There were a few touches missing which might be nice to add to make the place feel really special, eg. larger bath towels; some chopping boards in the kitchen; a cloth to wipe down the kitchen surfaces; clean and comfortable cushions to go in the outside chairs (the ones in the utility building were in very poor condition); a large mirror in the bedroom near a power socket; an outdoor dining table so you can have a proper meal out there (there is a small table but it is only suitable for cups or glasses); a folder of information on the location and nearby things to see and do - instead of the pile of leaflets by the staircase and visitors' notes on which pubs they had enjoyed. Also, we bought some feather pillows in Leek as the pillows provided were foam and lumpy and very uncomfortable.During our stay the Wifi was not working for half of the week (though Joe did get it fixed) and the tumble drier was not working at all."

"This was a great location for our family walking weekend ( 3 couples). The barn was clean and cosy. The view over the valley from the courtyard is stunning and it was good to have benches and a table outside to be able to sit and appreciate it. We each had access to an ensuite or bathroom - though the washbasins in the ensuites are too small to be of much use. We would also have appreciated a bedside lamp in each room. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the well equipped kitchen - though we had the usual problem : the fridge wasn't big enough for family food for a weekend stay. There are great walks down into the Chernet valley from the cottage - and seeing steam trains and narrow boats on the walk made this a very memorable trip."

"We were a bit nervous about booking the barn because there weren't any pictures of the interior online but we definitely had no need to worry - it was fantastic! The Barn is in a really good location - right by the Roaches for lovely walks and it has plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. It's in the middle of a horse livery but you definitely have your own space/privacy - the enclosed garden is really lovely. Inside seems to have been decorated very recently - the kitchen is well equipped and has a lovely big dining table, the living room is also a lovely big space. The beds upstairs were all super comfy. We're hoping to come back again sometime and would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone hoping to stay in the area :-)"

"We chose this property because of its location and size initially. It proved very easy to book and the emailed arrival instructions were also very clear. The welcome basket was the first of many super extras that the website did not mention or show. We have had many years of 'holiday lets' and without doubt this is the best we've ever experienced - in this country, Europe and USA. Everything has been tastefully decorated, the property is spotlessly clean, and has been so expertly equipped that nothing was left out. During our stay we made full use of the garden - for playing croquet, dining and just enjoying the atmosphere in the evenings. We would have no hesitation in recommending Overton Bank House to anyone."

"We arrived at the property and were overwhelmed with the size and cleanliness that this charming house offered. The property was large enough for 7 adults and one dog, the lounge was spacious and we quickly had the wood fire roaring away. The bedrooms were good size and the two bathrooms had a massive bathtub each which were lovely to relax in after a hard days walking and taking in the lovely scenery. We enjoyed exploring the limestone ridges and rolling hills that were right on our doorstep. The property had enough space for three cars to park and had a large barbeque which we used during a dry spell. Would highly recommend for families and couples."
