What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Wifi In Minehead To Rent.

"This is a lovely and comfortable cottage located down a quiet lane in the beautiful village of Dunster in an area just below Dunster castle and gardens and adjacent to an old water mill. The cottage is a former bungalow which has been extended such that is has four generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large open plan kitchen/sitting room area, a separate conservatory for dining and a second sitting room/games room. The garden is well maintained has seating and BBQ equipment and is completely enclosed. Its a well lit house and very peaceful - the only sounds at night are the owls calling. Its a very short walk into the centre of Dunster with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from and you can do lovely walks from the house up the adjacent hill side. Some small downsides are: the kitchen is rather small if you are keen on cooking as we are, its quite tight to steer cars in and out of the drive onto the lane, there is only a corner bath not one you can lie down in. Other than that this place comes highly recommended. The house really does have a great atmosphere and feels like a home not a holiday rental."

"The bungalow is very close to all amenities in Dunster but if you are not able bodied you might find the steps and footpath to the bungalow difficult as there is is no parking attached . However if you Google earth you can easily see the situation and there was only one day when we couldn't park easily due to school collection time. The bungalow is spacious, well equipt and comfortable. What let it down was the floors not being as clean as they should be, the garden needing attention and the outside paintwork, door and window seals were not clean with cobwebs and dust everywhere. The crockery was from IKEA which was fine but it was badly scratched and needed replacing. If those problems could be addressed, then we would love to return."

"Booked this as a holiday for 6 adults and 2 children as a break away from the city for a peaceful retreat and could not have picked anything more perfect. Sitting by the fire with a window open to hear the sound of the stream outside was very tranquil. The dining room was very atmospheric and great for a shared dining experience but we spent most of our time in the lounge which was so comfortable and perfect for us. For anyone looking to have a quiet retreat with a large group of people then this property is an absolute must. Staying in February for any countryside/walking enthusiasts is highly recommended as snowdrop valley is a stunning sight"

"The cottage was superb. So much so that we stayed in and enjoyed the fire and the comfortable surrounds as much a possible. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and the whole atmosphere was inviting and cosy.Despite being surrounded by fields and beautiful scenery we were disappointed that there was nowhere immediately handy to walk the dog although Kilve beach and the headland down there was perfect.Communication was efficient and prompt. The whole place was delightful if a little expensive compared to other properties available. The lack of a lawned area was surprising.Thank you for a really good 4 days."

"We had a wonderful 10 days in the cottage. It was beautifully decorated, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The owner has catered for everything anyone could want and kindly provided a nice welcome pack for us and our dog. She even came to our rescue when we couldn't find the cottage in the dark. All appreciated. It was not the greatest time of year to take a well earned break but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and went to the beach on two occasions.I would recommend the cottage to anyone."
