What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Gardens In Manchester To Rent.

"The cottage and farm is beautiful. The cottage is fulled with everything you will need. There is loads of animals that are treated with such love and care - chickens, goats, sheep and horse. My little one fell in love with the chickens - were i fell in love with their eggs so yummy. We were there when the extreme weather hit!!! What can we say the owners looked after us so well!!! What a wonderful family!!! We have stayed in many cottages in Derbyshire and this is by far the best. The area and surrounding area is breathe taking. We will look back at our time at the far slack farm with very fond memories. We cannot recommend this place enough!!!"

"The lodge was tastefully decorated, clean and with all amenities you might need, the shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Whilst it was a two bedroom lodge I suspect the hot tub might be for three people but as there were only two of us we didn't have to try and fit four in, although you probably might be able to. The decking was lovely although the sun only reached ours in the mornings (No 4 Woodland) but the others seemed to get it in the afternoons/early evenings. The site was very peaceful and there were a couple of pubs within a short walk."

"We weren't given the name of the road the cottage was on, just the postcode, so it was quite difficult to locate as it was in a rural location. If we'd had the name of the road we could have found it more easily. It was a lovely spot, isolated but near to the village and bigger towns. Gorgeous views, big rooms (wasn't sure they would be as it was a cottage) and very comfortable for a big group. We had everything we needed. The cottage was quite cold as the central heating wasn't enough to heat it, so we spent quite a bit of money on logs for the wood burners."

"This is a great site and would have been a 10 for facilities and overall rating. The only negative is the air vent in the pod, that flaps in the wind all night. Which is really disruptive to sleep. Other than that great location, great site, great staff and Pods are lovley we where very pleased and will be back The walking was great, we adventured over the old industrial site along the lane and ended up at the top of the park hill looking down the valley fantastic views,The local King William pub was great food, 20 minutes walk along the old lane into the village"

"The pod was clean and warm and the bathroom was great but not enough info was given about what would be provided and the kitchen was completely bare of crockery, utensils and cutlery. The staff were unable to help and so we we had to buy things in. Also, make sure you take a douvet and all bedding. The location is nice for a day out walking but not much more and if you come for an extended stay then expect to drive to find things to do. Ultimately this is very basic accommodation and the scenery doesn't really warrant the inconvenience or price."
