What our customers are saying about our Pet Friendly Cottages In Longnor To Rent.
Mr Hancox - verified booking
"Our stay was very enjoyable but there were a couple of things which would have made it even better. The outside spaces need tidying up and the shower on the top floor needs attention because it can't be adjusted as necessary. Our first impression of the kitchen was disappointing because there is some damage to the unit as you walk in, although this doesn't interfere with the practical use of the kitchen. During our stay we noticed that the gas bottles needed replacing so we phoned the owner, who was grateful that we had checked this, and the next day the gas bottles were replaced. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were lovely, but it would have been good to have had hand towels as well. We would add that for what we paid for our week, this house is very good value."

"The isolated and remote location of School House Cottage was utterly idyllic, very warm, scrupulously clean and comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bed-linen sparkling white and clean, as were the towels, which were also fluffy and soft. The WIFI signal was excellent and problem-fre - useful as there's no mobile 'phone signal for several miles in every direction (which, for me, was a plus.) Ample parking space. The owner was very helpful, without being at all intrusive of my privacy. I particularly liked the fact that, in every particular, the cottage was supplied with clear information (on, for example refuse collection) but without overburdening the holidaymaker with tons of unnecessary information."

"Honey Cottage is a hidden gem in the Staffordshire Moorlands. The village of Longnor is self contained and surrounded by fantastic walking. The village itself has a lovely local fish and chip shop (cash only), a fantastic cafe just two minutes walk and a local pub and restaurant which has amazing cakes. Every business owner we met were very friendly and accommodating. The cottage itself is newly decorated and furnished with a tv/dvd player (including some good dvds) The kitchen is fully functional, the bedrooms very comfortable and bathroom had shower gel ect included. We really appreciated the goodies and milk upon arrival and Shelia even put the kettle on for us!! We throughly enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be returning in the future."

" The kitchen is extremely small with room for only one person but that suited me and it had everything you would need - don't expect to do any washing because there is no washing machine. I wasn't fond of the floor in the lounge but that is all a matter of personal taste, the little mat that was down looked a bit tired. I thought it looked a little scruffy. The bedrooms and bathroom however were wonderful and the beds were really comfortable. Please be aware that if you are taking a dog with you that there isn't a back door to let them into the garden. This is accessed through a passage at the side of the cottage. It has no grass but there is access into a field. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Blackberry Cottage and the village of Lognor, and would certainly consider the property again if we travel to the area. Thank you for arranging for a great holiday in a lovely property. It was very tastefully decorated and well equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies. We found the bed in the top floor bedroom very comfortable. Entry and departure was a breeze, and the village is nice for a stroll. A few minor suggestions to include in the information for the posting: 1. Mention that there is a cafetiere coffee maker available...we would have brought coffee from home to use in it had we known. 2. Mention that the top floor bedroom does not have a separate door."
