What our customers are saying about our Pet Friendly Cottages In Longnor To Rent.
Mrs Bartle - verified booking
"We spent the Christmas week in the cottage, which was warm and extremely comfortable. Christmas treats and decorations were kindly provided, as well as the 'welcome pack'. The owners were very helpful and we enjoyed meeting and talking to them. We left our Bedlington terrier in their care for half a day, and she had a wonderful time, while we were able to explore Shrewsbury on our own. The Barn cottage is situated in a quiet village half way between Church Stretton and Shrewsbury which is ideal for exploring the whole area. There are some wonderful scenic walks in the hillside and country parks. The views from the windows of the cottage are of the Shropshire hills and we were lucky enough to look at the snow capped hill tops in blue sky and sunshine. Plenty of nearby villages with pubs and restaurants."

"The isolated and remote location of School House Cottage was utterly idyllic, very warm, scrupulously clean and comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bed-linen sparkling white and clean, as were the towels, which were also fluffy and soft. The WIFI signal was excellent and problem-fre - useful as there's no mobile 'phone signal for several miles in every direction (which, for me, was a plus.) Ample parking space. The owner was very helpful, without being at all intrusive of my privacy. I particularly liked the fact that, in every particular, the cottage was supplied with clear information (on, for example refuse collection) but without overburdening the holidaymaker with tons of unnecessary information."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Blackberry Cottage and the village of Lognor, and would certainly consider the property again if we travel to the area. Thank you for arranging for a great holiday in a lovely property. It was very tastefully decorated and well equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies. We found the bed in the top floor bedroom very comfortable. Entry and departure was a breeze, and the village is nice for a stroll. A few minor suggestions to include in the information for the posting: 1. Mention that there is a cafetiere coffee maker available...we would have brought coffee from home to use in it had we known. 2. Mention that the top floor bedroom does not have a separate door."

"We arrived at the property and were overwhelmed with the size and cleanliness that this charming house offered. The property was large enough for 7 adults and one dog, the lounge was spacious and we quickly had the wood fire roaring away. The bedrooms were good size and the two bathrooms had a massive bathtub each which were lovely to relax in after a hard days walking and taking in the lovely scenery. We enjoyed exploring the limestone ridges and rolling hills that were right on our doorstep. The property had enough space for three cars to park and had a large barbeque which we used during a dry spell. Would highly recommend for families and couples."

"Fantastic cottage, in a remote location with views across the Dales. The kitchen had everything that you needed and more! The bed was comfortable, which was important after you’ve enjoyed the beautiful countryside. Bathroom had a great shower, and deep bath! And enough hot water to fill it. The only negative thing (in my opinion) was the lounge seating wasn’t that comfortable, after a long day walking I like to relax in a comfy chair and put my feet up, and this wasn’t possible, I think a little rethinking and removing one of the tables this would be possible. Overall we had a great stay and loved our time in the dales and will be back."
