"My extended family had a really nice New Year's week stay at Villa Du Roi. It's a beautiful and very atmospheric villa with lots of room for a big group including toddlers. The location is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped for a group, with a good stove with five gas hobs/burners and a big oven (minor glitches are that the hobs need to be lit with a match and the markings on the oven control are almost worn off). There was an extra fridge/freezer, as well as a serious microwave. The showers were great, with plenty of hot water unless all 8 of us showered very close in time. Since we were there in Dec/Jan, we needed heat, not air conditioning. The downstairs was warm when we arrived, but the top floor was cold the first night. To his credit, the owner's representative came very promptly the next day to adjust the heat so that all the rooms were warm enough. Obviously, we didn't use the pool, though it's a good size and has a reassuring fence to keep it safe for children. We were glad we had a car, but I think it would be easy to stay at this villa without one, especially if eating dinner out instead of cooking. The owner was quick to reply to our questions and his representative was easy to get hold of. I'd be happy to return, maybe in spring or fall the next time."

"We had a nice holiday in the reasonable accommodation. The location is convenient 20 minute walk to St. Tropez. And 20 minutes by car to Port Grimaud \/ st Maxime hour to Frejus.Loop you down the street then you stand on the coastal road. (800 meters), the room was reasonable and the kitchen very small. You sleep on the sofa bed in the hallway stood a stapelbed.Het pool and dated and cold) no parasol or lie in beds beschikking.Verder a good closed free parkeerplaats.De reception is not always occupied even say little busy. When we went away and several people with us on Saturday morning at 930 1000 no staff so put keys on the locked desk as well as bed linen and Go (Conclusion reasonable accommodation and good ligging.mvgr. "Felt like a hotel room, very impersonal. Very basically equipped. The welcome package was a small packet of biscuits. It was advertised that the t.v. Was French channels only, no problem, there was a DVD player, but no dvds. This place is advertised in the U.K. but the caretakers have a very limited command of the English language. The gite is in need of redecorating internally, it’s a bit scruffy. The property is in a small hamlet outside a large village, the village has the usual collection of local shops, most things can be bought there. Only 10 minutes drive into Quimper, a city with everything you could wish for. No local information folder was offered, a big deficiency."

"There were six of which were 7 days via New Year's Eve in the apartment. For six people, it is just right, while it would have been for eight people with security grenzwärtig with the place. There is a Kloh and two bathrooms, which are relatively clean. The kitchenette is sufficient, however, only equipped with the basic things (8 large and 8 small 8 soup plates and cutlery to normal). Ordinary Gläaser you should bring your own (There are 8 small glasses and cups). The sleeping arrangements are in order. All in all, I recommend the cottage like for young people who Verbing this way or just use to sleep and eat and then throughout the rest of the day on the slopes."

"The cottage is in beautiful quiet area, surrounded by countryside and very peaceful. The pool was lovely, just the right size for kids to play in all day. The cottage itself was more than adequate for our needs and is a typical French cottage. There is the odd thing that could be looked at, like the lack of oven being one, and speeding up the WiFi (kids moaned about that!)Another thing to note, there is no access to the pool from the rear of the property, just via the front door, which we found slightly annoying, but not enough to stop us revisiting. If you after a very quiet week away in a lovely location, it’s ideal."
