"The house was in a good location unless you want Bognor town frequently and then its a cardrive away or a 1 1/2 hrs beach and coast pathwalk at low tide. House very well equipped, even down to beachtowels, bucket and spades and the owner even got us an extra sunchair from the garage for our aged relative. It was great having two lounge areas and plenty of bathrooms and even the 2 kitchens were used. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a bonus for us, but the walls are quite thin and we heard other family members wake at 0530 (baby crying). House very close to the beach which we all enjoyed and its was also in a good location for some trips out ie, Arundel, Goodwood, Portsmouth. However although the house is generally clean, it could do with a thorough clean in well-used areas and the hard to reach areas along with some maintenance. This was brought to the attention of the owner and if these were addressed we would stay again."

"Although its open-plan design meant that the house could be noisy at times with two small babies in the party, it was a super house for a big family. We have been renting holiday homes in France, Germany and UK for at least 30 years. This is the best equipped house, with 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom and high-end kitchen and laundry appliances, that we have ever stayed in. In addition, the garden is ideal for small children - a good play area, no flowers to be destroyed by small feet/balls, etc. The owners could not have been more helpful. The only drawback for us was that we couldn’t access our mobile network or the Internet without going to the beach just over 100m away. Nothing to do with the owners or the set-up. The house just happened to be in a gap in T-mobile provision. June 2010."

"During our time we have spent this year in Seahaven. We have been amazed by the wildlife in the garden and in the field behind the house. In the garden there are squirrels, rabbits, foxes, and the birds we have seen include a young green woodpecker, jays, pigeons, collared dove blackbirds, greater spotted woodpeckers (red, black and white) and various other small birds like sparrows its and wrens and red legged partridges too. In the field we also saw a vixen and her fox cubs, three fallow deer and in the spring curlews and shell ducks. Just sit quietly and watch... There are many distinctive flowers in the beach. The flowers growing in the field behind is a haven all sorts of insects and butterflies. Many thanks"

"A wonderful place for a family get together. 12 adults, one child and the dog thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cockle Warren. Kitchen is fully equipped - we did a roast for 12 and there were enough serving dishes, saucepans and place settings. View from room 4 is amazing and all bedrooms are a good size with en suite facilities. Ample room to have meals in the conservatory and the living room is a good size. I'm sure the pool would be lovely in the summer. Would have no hesitation in booking again. Great access to the beach and convenient shops, cafes and take aways nearby. A real family holiday at the seaside. Thank you to Kate ànd James for looking after us."

"This was our first visit to this part of the UK and what a delight! As you will see the house is tastefully and fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. \turn to the right at the beach, you can walk along and eventually reach Selsey Village. This has a pleasant High Street and the RNLI Lifeboat Station. The Pagham PSPB Nature Reserve is worth a visit and it is free. Part of the walk will give you information on the railway that used to run from Chichester to Selsey. We caught small bass and bream from the each. Fushing tackle and bait from the Southern Angling at Stockbridge. Relax and enjoy - We did!"
