"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Guards Van. Surprisingly spacious, quirky & comfortable. Lovely peaceful location with views across the Suffolk countryside. Kids moaned a bit about how small their bedroom was but they were just being picky and miserable, they only needed to sleep in it! Think it was more the fact they had to share (11yr old boy & 6yr old girl). We found the whole site fabulous. If you love unusual accommodation you’ll love Brockford sidings it’s such a clever and fantastically designed site. With free use of the owners under cover swimming pool, sauna & hot tub, a 5 min drive away. You book a 1 hour private use slot, pool was lovely and warm, kids loved it. Lots of lovely pubs locally, we especially liked the Railway Tavern at Mellis. Think you could probably walk to a pub if you wished but may be a couple of miles. Overall we loved!"

"We enjoyed the break. The carriage was lovely and well stocked for our needs. We staying during the heat wave and the extreme heat took its toll on us. The use of the pool was needed. Some cleaning should be done more frequently we saw dead flys in the light bulbs plus dust under bed. Plenty of towels for our use. The extra of washing line was handy. Also the extra freezer in green shed. The blinds could do with an update plus made safer for small kids. The outside furniture a little old, could do with a update. The kids enjoyed the play area and the added badminton net was used. The owners friendly and helpful. We would visit again and stay in a different carriage. The milk and cake was a nice touch. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. It's quiet and relaxing in the middle of nowhere practically. Little village about 10 minutes away. You definitely need a car to get about as very remote. But it's a wonderful cottage, clean with everything you need there. The old stables has wonderful views out over fields. A lovely enclosed garden completely dog safe with a hot tub that has lights all around it come night time. We were lucky enough to be able to use the swimming pool as the barn was free too. We will be back as really is a beautiful place! Has made us want to move now too!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in carriage 2 it was warm and comfortable. It was lovely to see the carriage retained many of its original features. The beds were comfy, shower warm and the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and cake were a lovely touch.Judy welcomed us with a friendly and warm familiarisation of the carriage and its facilities. There is the option of using a pool and hot tub which only adds to the enjoyment, well maintained grounds to wander in or let children play around in. Very quirky and enjoyable place to stay. recommended highly."

"We have just returned from the most relaxing family holiday we have ever had. Christine's welcome basket was plentiful and a lovely addition. The barn was esquisite. Decorated to an extremely high standard, it had everything you could possibly need. With lots to do in the surrounding areas I have already recommended The Barn at Low farm to many friends. We are in no doubt that we will be back. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you so much again Christine."
