What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Swimming Pools In Devon To Rent.

"On arrival the cottage was clean and very well kept, nice and spacious even for a family of 4. There was a welcome pack of fresh bread, butter, tea and coffee and packet of biscuits waiting for us which was a very nice and tasty surprise. We made full use of the onsite pool and sauna and on most occasions had it to ourselves. There is a little park at the side of the fishing lake with really nice play equipment and a shared bbq area. If you are going to make use of the fishing lake make sure you have a big net, it is well stocked with very large fish swimming close to the surface.Inside the cottage was comfortable and nicely decorated. If you are use to high pillows I would suggest to take one with you as this was the only down point to our break. Just outside of the cottage is a decked area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Overall we had a fantastic week with fantastic weather and wouldn't hesitate a return stay here."

"Our stay was fabulous! Exactly what we were looking for and more. My husband and I prefer somewhere off the beaten track, but we had friends with us with 2 children and they would have liked the local amenities a bit closer. It's a very pleasant 45ish minute walk along the (hilly) bridal path down into South Brent, which we did twice. We all enjoy walking so this was great, and made the pool so much more inviting when we arrived back. (We were very lucky with the weather) but the pool was just to die for, it felt like we were abroad. And because it closes to guests at 6pm, it was a perfect excuse to ensure the kids were out and dressed ready for dinner! We BBQ every night and ate outside in the communal seating area, which had the sun until about 7:30pm. Wifi = good. Signal = ZERO, but that was great for us to go mobile free! We would love to visit again!"

"After an horrendous journey down to Devon we were greeted with a warm, clean holiday location. Sea View had a well stocked and clean kitchen in the way of utensils etc. The beds were made up and very comfortable. Parking was close. The fridge was a little ancient but adequate. The facilities on the caravan park were not used because they are aimed at young families, which we are not, but we were able to drive to visit many locations: Barnstaple, Appledore, Bideford, Hartland Abbey and Hartland Point and Bucks Mill amongst these. Altogether a lovely week's break. We would certainly stay in Sea View again. To be able to use the laptop would have been great but to do this I would have had to visit the Reception area."

"The owners were very helpful and friendly, and always around to ask for help and/or advice. The children loved the freedom to play outside on the trampolines, football and tennis, and when the weather wasn’t so good, indoors on the table tennis and the pool table. They also loved the farm dogs and cats. On this occasion we didn’t use the indoor pool, as we were out and about visiting local attractions during the day, and nobody really fancied a dip. However, the new pool currently being built looks really lovely and I am sure that would hold more of a lure during the warm summer months. April 2009. "

"The living accommodation was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was slightly under-equipped for much actual cooking, for example there was no grater, but well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. The upgraded leisure facilities were fantastic, used by all the family, and provided a great meeting point for children from all the cottages. This is a brilliant location in Devon, with so much to do for all sorts of family days out. The accommodation and facilities meant that we were comfortable and having a great time even on the rainy days! July 2009."
