"We arrived reasonably on time and thankfully the reception was open at 16.00, instead of 17.00 what is on the documentation. Our apartment which is meant for 5 people had 1 bedroom and a niche, well nicely meant that there is a notch in the hallway where a bunk bed fits. For our puber not ideally said .... (A sofa bed in the living room for more people ....) The apartments are beautiful on a hill looking over a golf course. Nice quiet, there is little privacy with co-owners if you sit outside on the terrace or balcony. Everything in the apartment is outdated but the bathroom is very nice with a nice shower in the bath. The beautiful beach is 5 to 6 minutes walk from the complex and makes a lot of good! The village is about a 15-minute walk away. If you need Wi-Fi (phone connection is not best) you can pay about 25 euros for one week for 5 consumers. The Wi-Fi is bar and madly bad, an old-fashioned 3G connection is many times better and faster. The area is definitely worth exploring, with many beaches, chateaux and nice villages. St. Malo is less than an hour's drive away. (It is advisable to transfer from Dinard by boat to the St. Malo old town. The coastal walks are also recommended."

"We have had a nice holiday week in this nice cottage. Rest, silence, plenty of space. The gîte is nicely decorated and quite complete. Shops and amenities are within easy driving distance. Within walking distance there is only a bakery and a very limited small shop. Our dog also had a good time in her mind. Minutes are unfortunately not cleaned! At the kitchen nothing was done, the pastry's fat was still on the plate, dirty cutlery and cutlery, blue glasses and dusty cabinets. Also the toilet was not clean and the shower either. We have addressed the one who cleaned up there, but that turned out to be a difference of insight. French battle? E40, for the final cleaning is not real to be called! A clothes rack o.i.d would also be nice because you can not lose your clothes nowhere. Only in the closet where the vacuum cleaner was etc were 3 clothes hooks. The jacuzzi did not work properly and there was too much chlorine in the water. The mattresses are very replaceable! On a scratch we received the final payment ... All in all, some improvement but overall a good stay."

"Me and my partner Joseph stayed in the gorgeous little Boutique house for a week but could of easily stayed longer, Michelle and Jono were the perfect hosts they met us at the property to show us around and even set up a BBQ for us as the weather was great. We were welcomed with a bottle bubbly and a fridge with some basic necessities so we didn't need to worry about going to the shops until later on. The house was beautifully presented they really have created a gorgeous romantic boudoir, the décor was delightful and all the furniture gave it a real rustic feel. We could easily stay they forever! The local lake was gorgeous and a perfect place to catch some rays, we found all the local people to be very friendly and helpful especially to a English couple who no little French! We spent our days sipping wine in the garden surrounded by nature:) Was absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway and can't wait to return to Le Cocon!"

"I was looking for a cottage, for a short break with my partner, who enjoys luxurious and stylish properties. The mission was to find a place suiting my limited budget. I came across the pictures of ‘Le Cocon’ and I was intrigued. On the arrival, I was blown away by picturesque settings and tranquil surroundings. However, the true surprise was waiting inside. We walked into the cottage and were instantly taken by the unique design with a great taste. It felt private, cosy and specious at the same time. This unique place with magnificent deco made our stay very special. On the practical side, the beautiful kitchen is clean and well equipped. The local village and shops are only a few minutes away. I would love to come back to ‘Le Cocon’ for a little longer break, to fully appreciate this beautiful house in the lovely area."

"For the second time we have visited this location. It is a wonderful base for many of Brittany to see. The first time we stayed a week in the summer. Now 2 weeks in the May. The apartment is spacious and clean. The terrace is a nice grassy area where children can enjoy playing. Even if everything is full of little notice of the presence of the other guests. The beach is within walking distance and at low tide there is plenty of room for you there also wonderfully entertained. Wonderful walks can be made in Erquy and Cap Frehel there. On Wednesday makt in Matignon. Also Le Mont St. Michel and Cancale are to ride well. Saint Malo and Dinan are definitely recommended. Do not expect too much from the pool especially with older kids. The only downside in the kitchen for us was the lack of an oven."
