"We stayed at this amazing cottage during the October holiday week...my wife, 2 kids, baby and myself and we found it very spacious. There was a comfy sofa bed in the lounge, along with a long, L-shape leather sofa too.The kitchen-diner was also very large with a breakfast bar/island unit and all new swanky Siemens appliances! It has 2 bedrooms - a reasonable master bedroom with the arched ceilings and a couple of store cupboards - only 1 useable however and drawers. The kids room was massive though with 3 nice single beds with built in cupboard storage. There was a shower ensuite room downstairs and a very nice large main bathroom upstairs with a huge tub and separate shower unit also. The cottage has clearly been modernised not a long time ago and it has been done to a high spec - this does not detract from the fact that it is a cottage you're staying in though and makes it very cosy especially with the underfloor heating."

"Although we loved the location the property was so dark. Even during a sunny day we needed the lights on in the house. It was very comfortable and clean and the welcome pack was great.I like sunlight and this house just didn't have it at all. Also the bathroom being so far away from the bedroom could be an issue for some.Outside the rear door of the property needs attention as it's very shabby. No refuse bins are available with this house. That was a real nuisance. We tried to recycle what we could but when it's advertised as dog friendly and you have to clear up after your dog what on earth are you supposed to do with the bag. We ended up carrying the bad through the house and looking for a bin on the street. Not good at all. There are a lot if instructions on how NOT to upset the upstairs neighbour, so much so I was very wary of what we could and couldn't do."

"Very quiet spot away from High Street yet only a few mins walk from shops and Harbour. Next to a garage but we didn't hear any noise.mParking could be a problem in high season but in mid June it was fine. The cleaning was a little slipshod: bucket and mop left outside French windows, old tissue box with used tissue left in bedroom; one of the bedside tables in twin bedroom not cleaned. Bathroom floor still wet when we arrived at 4pm. One of the single beds not made up - the owner was vey apologetic and told us wheRe the bedding was kept. It looked like the cleaner had been in a big rush! However all in all it's a lovely house with just about everything you'd need. We would love a cafetière and some waste paper bins in bedrooms. Would definitely come again."

"Highly recommended.Spent a lovely week here in July 2016 with my wife and small dog. Cottage is really nice with everything you are likely to need. Very well furnished with all mod cons and a welcome pack including milk, butter, juice and a bottle of prosecco (very nice!).It's location is brilliant as well, being in the street behind the front shore road where you can find the harbour, fish and chip shops, a few restaurants, café, bar and the like. There's also a Co-op supermarket just off the roundabout in Anstruther which is walkable. If we head back to Fife another year, would definitely come back to Walkers Neuk."

"Hendersons Way was cosy looking from the outside but inside it was very modern and comfortable. There was lots of room for us to spread out be comfortable. The kitchen had every appliance you could imagine and more than enough cutlery and dishes. Lots of storage space and windows letting in light all day. The cottage was warm and we played games, watched tv, listened to music and had quizzes. We did two jigsaws and were able to leave them overnight on the kitchen island as we could eat our meals at the table. We could sit in the garden in complete privacy. It was paradise."
