What our customers are saying about our Bank Holiday Apartments In Sidmouth To Rent.

"The cottage was well situated for our requirements, within easy walking distance of the sea, parks, swimming pool and amenities. The parking space was a tight fit as we had a Volkswagen T5 van (which was also too tall for the garage). However two smaller vehicles could have been parked with ease. The accommodation was spacious and homely without being too 'show home' it was clean enough to be healthy and dirty enough to be happy. At this point in the letting year I would expect to find a few decoration defects but they did not detract from the overall property. The folder containing leaflets and notes about the local area was very useful, as were the washing machine and tumble dryer. The shower outlet was blocked and drained only slowly, (I left a note for the cleaner). It was not a huge problem as the bath was fully functioning. Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loved exploring the house. The local authority refuse/recycling policy was very confusing, but this is outside the letting remit."

"Very picturesque cottage surrounded by beautiful gardens and in a tranquil location. Fairly isolated at the end of a narrow lane but this adds to its attraction. The very friendly owners live next door and provided a welcome box of essentials to help us settle in. When we stayed the weather was extremely hot but the temperature inside cottage remain comfortable, perhaps due to the thick walls and thatch. We didn't have chance to try the very appealing pool due to circumstance. The cottage itself was very spacious and comfortable although perhaps some of the kitchen ware could do with updating. This did not prevent us from enjoying our time there. The cottage is in such an ideal location for as quiet a holiday as you may want or need."

"It was a nice spacious house and the organisation of the rooms was perfect for us, but the plumbing and the lack of some necessary / expected equipment let the place down. The wi-fi was truly terrible as well and really should not be listed as having wi-fi at that sort of speed. The selection of glasses and mugs was really odd and one usable saucepan. There were two towels left out on beds, one hidden in an airing cupboard and no tea towels and the hand towels in bathrooms were facecloth size. For a family of 6 this was a major challenge. The washing machine, dishwasher, cooker etc. was good but the upstairs loo made an earth shattering noise when flushed which left my children trembling in fear."

"lovely cosy, warm little house within close reach to all the amenities, just a few little problems however that could do with sorting would then make this a perfect little holiday home. As we arrived later in the evening and left early morning we did have difficulty trying to see the numbers on the key box so a light near by would have been a great help. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated however the water pressure was not very good so the shower was not really useable. The furniture was also in need of a little updating but issues that can soon be put right, otherwise this is a lovely comfortable cottage and we enjoyed our break."

"The cottage was very conveniently situated, a short walk from the sea and the town. We also appreciated the efficient heating, following the coldest week of the year. The decor and furniture was a little shabby, with a badly cracked bath panel. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils, and had a clear free view TV. There was a tiny courtyard but no outside drying facilities, although there was a washer/dryer in the kitchen. The parking was extremely tight on the " pavement" outside the cottage, inside double yellow lines, this made access to the front door very difficult."
