What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Highland To Rent.

"We were a party of five which fitted the bedrooms ideally, with two doubel and one single. Each bedroom had its own en-suite so no queueing for the bathroom in a morning. The house was extremely well equipped throughout. There was an open fire in the siitting room, though we had no need to use as the weather was very kind to us, there was also enough comfortable seating for us all. The kitchen had everything you could expect to need and more, including a tagine, and a cheese fondue, again we never used these items. Kyleakin is a small place and the house is ideally located for touring Skye or driivng to walks. There are a couple of pubs/restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the house, Saucy marys and King Kaakum, also a very good indian restaurant a short drive away. The owners live in the other half of the semi, and were helpful whenever we had a question. We will certainly try and visit again."

"The cottage was in a great location - only 10 mins walk from a very friendly pub and handy shop. There's loads to do in the area - we were 2 families with 4 kids, so lots of walks nearby and cycle rides were great. Going up to the forest for a wander at the back of the house was lovely, and stunning Glen Etive just a short drive away. It was lovely to come home after a day out and relax in front of the open fire. Having 2 sitting rooms was perfect - one for the kids and their X Box and one for adults and their peace and quiet! We also went to Fort Augustus for a flat and easy cycle ride one day too - beautiful along the canal. Loads to do in the area, and we also squeezed in some ice skating in Inverness. Lovely cottage - very homely, cosy and comfortable."

"This cottage must be the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few. The comfort of the beds and furniture was excellent. It was warm and lovely to return to at the end of the day. The apartment was much bigger than the pictures depicted, it was a pleasure to stay. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, the Spar shop a few yards away was very handy, the butchers just over the bridge was outstanding and the fish van on a Monday night was very nice. The bird life from the bedroom window and also lounge window was very interesting. S6110 is a credit to them, I wish them every success and hope to go back soon, thank you to the owners for your hospitality."

"We spent a very enjoyable week at S43088. The house is very comfortable and feels a lot more spacious than the photographs we had seen suggested. All the essentials were available, as well as some extras that were very much appreciated, such as Netflix and Amazon being available on the television. Newtonmore is ideally placed within easy reach of all sorts of activities which suit all ages. Highland Wildlife Park (10 minutes by car) was very popular with all ages in our party. We have stayed in a number of similar houses in different locations over the last 5 or 6 years and I would say that S43088 is certainly the best value for money so far."
