"The S17998 is set in a very secluded location, offering peaceful and relaxing accommodation, which is also family-friendly and pet-friendly. The rooms are spacious and there is a large garden which is not completely fenced-off or gated, so dogs and young children need supervision. The Wing forms part of an historic farmhouse, hence it has loads of character in the form of beams and interesting nooks and crannies. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, especially the super kingsize bed in the main bedroom. The sitting room furniture is tasteful, comfortable and very suited to the property. The kitchen could be a little larger, but has everything you need for a holiday. The shower in the bathroom lacks water pressure, but was not a major problem. The location could benefit from signage on the narrow lanes, since we spent some time attempting to find Vale Farmhouse - the lanes have no names. It would be so straightforward to do, and it would relieve the stress after a long journey. As is to be expected there are no local amenities such as shops, etc as this cottage is in a rural location. Since we live in a small rural village, we did not expect such amenities.Overall, The S17998 has a lot of charm in a very rural location, and is relatively close to the coast and all the attractions that this part of Suffolk can offer. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, photographers, or those just wanting a lazy, relaxing time. We highly recommend it."

"S17974 is a clean, spacious house on a lovely little housing development 10-15 minutes' walk from the town centre, right next to a church.Enclosed garden is ideal if you have a dog. There are dog bowls and leads provided. Very good range of kitchen equipment, so great if you love cooking! Towels provided were very small, very thin, and scratchy. I would not provide these to guests staying in my home, let alone paying ones. (to be honest, I would not even dry my dog with them). There is no internet access, not even a DVD player, so S17974 would not be a good choice if you're staying more than a few days and the weather is not good, or if you have children. Toilet roll, kitchen roll, handwash, hairdryer provided which was very helpful. No Welcome Pack or general information provided, i.e. with regards to when the heating and hot water come on, no recycling instructions."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in S37653. Surprisingly spacious, quirky & comfortable. Lovely peaceful location with views across the Suffolk countryside. Kids moaned a bit about how small their bedroom was but they were just being picky and miserable, they only needed to sleep in it! Think it was more the fact they had to share (11yr old boy & 6yr old girl). We found the whole site fabulous. If you love unusual accommodation you’ll love Brockford sidings it’s such a clever and fantastically designed site. With free use of the owners under cover swimming pool, sauna & hot tub, a 5 min drive away. You book a 1 hour private use slot, pool was lovely and warm, kids loved it. Lots of lovely pubs locally, we especially liked the Railway Tavern at Mellis. Think you could probably walk to a pub if you wished but may be a couple of miles. Overall we loved!"

"Really lovely and well furnished cottage, comfortably clean so ideal place for the dogs with lots of outdoor space and close to Alton Waters, Flatford and other good walking places. Fairly remote so have to drive to shops but we knew that up front and took food stuff with us so were happy with that. Great to have the washing machine and tumble drier, particularly in February with two dogs! The log fire is lovely but the logs only lasted us one day and extra has to be purchased. We had a power cut while there, all evening and through the night, but were unable to get through to the owners to see whether is was specific to the farm as they were on holiday. There were candles there though and it was back on by morning so no harm done but would have been good to have had an emergency backup number. All in all a great week and we would definitely return."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at S18055. My husband and I enjoyed the spacious master bedroom with private bath, our girls each had their own room and bathroom and their friends shared the fourth bedroom. The location on the river was spectacular as were the views. The house stayed cool in the summer heat, and we watched the World Cup on their large screen TV when the local pub was too crowded. The kitchen was updated and nicely furnished with cookware, utensils and dishes. The only signs of the house history were it’s slightly uneven floors that added to its charms. We would love to return with family and more friends for a longer stay!"
