"A fantastic holiday in a lovely house. The house is situated very close to Abersoch (walking distance) and has all the ameneties you could need. Bedrooms are siutuated on the ground floor with living space above. Very spacious rooms with lots of wardrobe space, the master room has en suite facilities. Another bathroom is located on the ground floor with a further bathroom upstairs also. The kitchen has everything you would need during your stay. A lovely little conservatory over the garage gives a nice place to relax with great views. The main living area is spacious and can accomodate quite a few people.Outdoors there's a decent sized garden with a hot tub, the hot tub was most definitely the hit of the holiday with adults and kids alike. I had to speak with the owners once and they went above and beyond to resolve the problem we had, very nice people. I would most definitely book this property again."

"S22306 is a beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. Sitting on the hillside, this tranquil cottage is surrounded by magestic Peaks and has unbeatable views across rolling hillside, on down to the sea. Inside, the cosy wood burner brought cheer and warmth to the sitting room, whilst the kitchen provided ample space for the two of us and had all the bits and pieces we needed. The bedroom is a fine size, though a more comfortable mattress would have been welcome. We were missing a few essentials on arrival - hand soap and loo roll - similarly a few logs for the fire would have been welcome. We had a great week walking the coastal path, visiting local historic houses, drinking beer at a local brewery and cosying up inside. Expect to travel 20/30 mins for a decent pub (any pub!) for dinner. Overall, we had a wonderful week, and with a few minor tweaks, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you!"

"This is a lovely cottage on a working sheep farm, the views from within are far reaching and beautiful and the location is perfectly situated for the surrounding area. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything needed to make yourselves at home. The downstairs bedroom was lovely and cool for sleeping in the heatwave we had when there and there were plenty of nearby areas for us to walk the dog first thing in the mornings, including the river. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. There was a pint of milk in the fridge on our arrival together with tea and a pack of Welsh Shortbread, perfect for a nice cup of tea after the long journey there.A delightful and peaceful place to stay, a little piece of heaven! My only advice would be to take provisions with you for the first couple of days as there is not much choice for food shopping nearby."

"The cottage is tucked away in the outskirts of the magic mountains of Snowdonia. It is wonderfully far away from all the stresses and pressures of our modern day lives. The owners made us feel genuinly welcomed. The cottage itself is like a cosy home from home and gave us the feel to be back in more simpler, kinder times. It is fully equipped, very family friendly including pets. It is surrounded by stunning beauty and ideally located for adventures into the mountains or by the sea. Port Meirion is just accross estuary and the seaside town of Barmouth about 20 minute drive away. As for shopping food or eating out options are extremely limited. There is no corner shop or cafe in Talsarnau. There is a big Tesco in Port Madog, so don't forget essentials. I would love to come back and can recommend it highly. We were happy there. Thanks for that."

"It's one of a kind, you really do feel like you're staying somewhere special. Loved the fact that there were 3 bathrooms, that it was clean and when we had a chill night there was Netflix! Not to mention it was close to a lot of places we wanted to explore 30-40mins drive. However if you're going with 4+ adults, someone is gunna have to take the room with the children's bunk bed. We also found that the light doesn't work in that same room and also we tried to find the iron and hairdryer but it we weren't sure where they were. A lot of little things were missing like dishwasher tablets and washing powder but there is literally a small shop just a minute away to grab the essentials. Which we left there for the next group to use.All in all we really loved our stay, it was big enough that we felt like we had our own space. Thank you for having us!"
