"Immaculate, well equipped house with spacious enclosed garden in small pleasant road on outskirts of Wimborne. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches like a nice welcome pack of Dorset cereals, hand soap and towels in all bathrooms, plenty of hooks for hanging things, dog treats etc. Games room if the weather is not so nice which - fortunately - we didn’t need to use.Local Spar and cash point 30 secs walk away. For larger supermarkets there is Waitrose, Coop (in Wimborne) and Tesco all within about 2 miles.Nice local pub and riverside walk both within easy reach. About 15 mins walk (or 1 minute drive) to a lovely park with woodland, field (for exercising dog), pond and children’s play area. About two miles into the centre of the beautiful town of Wimborne. We used as base for trips to the beaches at Bournemouth and Poole, cycling in the New Forest (Burley), all within 20-30 mins depending on traffic, and Beaulieu, Bovington and Monkey World (a bit further afield). Note traffic on the nearby A31 can be pretty heavy in summer if you’re not used to the area.Dorset is so beautiful and dog friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Baytree."

"The photo above is not of 268 Gurnard Pines - probably another property on the site. Gurnard Pines is described as a Holiday village but many of the properties on site are residential and some are needing some care and attention. We were advised that there was parking for 2 cars immediately outside the property. There was space for 2 cars but not solely for the use of the occupants so the space was not always available. Whilst the property was very clean and most things were in very good condition the only seating in the lounge area was 2 sofa beds - not always easy to get up from. There was only one small wardrobe in the main bedroom - nowhere to hang clothes in the other two bedrooms - which just had a chest of drawers. We were fortunate to have good weather which was good as there was nowhere in the property to hang coats etc."

"Magnificent place to stay, we loved every second. Beautifully designed and equipped Kitchen amazing and, as we brought our Chef son with us, he really appreciated the excellent cooking facilities. All the bedrooms were beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and lovely ensuite bathrooms in three rooms plus a huge bath in the family bathroom which the little ones enjoyed. The hot tub was a great bonus and beautifully lit at night. The grounds were great for football and frisbee throwing and all participated in the table tennis. We thoroughly recommend this cottage and, having stayed in similar sized and bigger let’s over the past 20years feel New Inn Farmhouse is certainly among the best we have experienced."

"The cottage is very well located close to the local shops and pubs - 10 mins slow walk to main square. I was big enough for the 9 of us without us all tripping over each other. Plenty of garden space to get out and enjoy the weather. The cottage is well equiped, a little tierd in places but that in no way detracted from our enjoyment. There is a couple of really steep stairs from the kitchen to the dinning area - which have baby gates on but could possibly do with a hand rail to assit elderly people. Situated on the main road you would imagine a bit more traffic noise - however it was very quiet - particularly as we used the back space more. I would definalty recommend the property and use it again."

"Had a fantastic time at S81527, celebrating my 60th Birthday. Duncan was very helpful and was there to greet us and show us around. We had a chef come to the house to cook for us on one of our night stays and that worked out well. We were very luck with the weather and made good use of the fantastic hot tub, felt like we were abroad! Would have been nice to have some sun loungers to lay on! Did a great walk that started at the local pub and ended up just across the road from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this house for a group of friends or a family, it is very comfortable and well equipped. A great place to relax and have fun."
