"Do you recognize it? If you go to the South of France on holiday, you want to traverse northern France as soon as possible. This was also true for us. This year we have done it differently. We stopped in the Champagne and stayed there for a week. This old characteristic house is at the edge of the small village of Bligny and has a warm atmosphere. It is owned by a very friendly Frenchwoman, who welcomed us warmly with a chilled bottle of Champagne (one of the Champagne houses own village) and homemade jam mirabelles from the garden. Halfway through the week she spoils us with a homemade cake and again with a big bowl mira belles. The house (including the three bedrooms) is cozy and the necessary conveniences (dishwasher, microwave, oven and wifi). A shower curtain in the bathroom would only annoyance may occur. The garden is sun-pointing and tasteful. What to do in Champagne? There are plenty of champagne houses to visit (including tasting) to make, lovely rides and walks but seek peace by reading the private garden, a good book is also recommended. So for us a wonderful holiday and a great base to explore the southern part"

"We had a nice holiday in the first week of June, the house is in a quiet neighborhood in Argeliers in a cul de sac. Low noise / noise from traffic or other issues. The swimming pool (completely private) is very large with a big beautiful garden around. It is a fully detached house and has also several times a week cleaned much privacy. The pool through the walls and it was perfect. The house itself has a simple living room and kitchen, but everything is there and does it. And not least, everything was very clean (all but self-evident). Neat bathroom and toilet, but simple bedrooms with beds with a good mattress (no holes or sagging beds). The owner is very friendly (and fortunately spoke Spanish) and had on arrival less than 3 bottles of wine (Rosé, Red and white are cold for us), plus 4 beers. Also insisted on Sunday morning a bag of croissants and chocolate rolls on your doorstep! Then the area, the village of light amidst the vineyards where special fine walks can from the house. The vignerons of argeliers are within walking distance, very affordable wines (Cabernet - Syrah and Merlot highly recommended). North of the do"

"Once we arrived at the villa, we were warmly welcomed. also there was a lovely bottle of Cava in the fridge ready for us. The house was fully equipped. There really lacked nothing. Too bad that the pool was not heated. Of course we knew in advance that the pool was not heated, but we were told that the pool was still nice and warm by the sun. This was unfortunately not the case - (In addition, the Jacuzzi, be called a jacuzzi It was said that the jacuzzi would be heated, but it was unfortunately cold water after my opinion a jacuzzi should surely have hot water... the non-heated pool and cold jacuzzi for us is the reason that we are going to choose a different villa next year. Otherwise we probably had the same villa elected next year, because otherwise everything was perfect!"

"This well kept house with garage, situated in a quiet typical French village in the middle of the vineyards without daily supply. Yet this is no objection because the baker (except Monday) or with a car comes along and the other messages in the immediate vicinity can be done. The charming owner of the house provides an excellent reception with homemade jam and a bottle of champagne in the fridge and delivers even later in the week a homemade cake! The village has several champagne growers and bottlers, wed a castle. The pure air and beautiful surroundings with many cultural aspects such as churches, chapels, cities and towns with museums (Troyes, Chaumont, Essoyes, etc.) surprise in this undiscovered part of France. Great accommodations in a beautiful, peaceful setting!"

"We had an enjoyable week at the residence. Our apartment was on the ground floor, with a beautiful terrace and garden. Our apartment was located close to the pool (handy for the kids) but still offered enough privacy. The cottage was practically designed, it was clean and there was plenty of household goods available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were okay and taken care of. Since we so early in the season were on vacation, everything was quiet (not all houses occupied, enough room for the pool, ...). When we left, everything was in readiness for the season (more seating, more sun loungers, poolside bar, ...). The residence is located in a beautiful region, on the Canal du Midi and close to Carcassonne. All together, a beautiful holiday."
