What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Fawler To Rent.

"Really enjoyed our break at S78663 at the beginning of February 18. The house is lovely, I could have gladly moved in and lived there, it's in a pretty village with an award winning pub. There is everything you need for a holiday at the house, it has a good size garden which would be ideal in the summer to sit out and enjoy. The cottage is one of the best we have stayed in, my husband was impressed with the six TVs, I slept so well in the very comfy double bed. The only downside is there is no local shop, so whilst the pub is walkable, a car is needed to pop the the next village for milk etc. When we walked around the village I did notice there is ground put aside for a community shop/cafe which would be a really bonus for the village. We would definitely visit again, just wished we could afford the house if it ever came up for sale."

"The cottage itself was just as we expected in terms of the facilities, with a superb welcome pack waiting for us. We were disappointed on the day of our arrival when frost was expected and occurred, that the heating had not been turned up more than just back ground - after a day of increasied settings, mastering the wood burner and buying a hot water bottle we were more comfortable! It should be pointed out that a couple of the bottom stairs are angled downwards which makes negotiating the bottom turn a challenge. We felt safer by holding on to the lintel above, but someone less agile might find it a bit awkward."

"What a wonderful cottage, we loved it. Cake and flowers on arrival was a lovely touch. As Australians we have always wanted to stay in a chocolate box cottage in a pretty English village. Used it as our base to visit a number of villages in the Cotswolds. Visited St James church for the Sunday service and met a lady who has a relative who lives in our hometown. Enjoyed Chipping Campden, coffee stops and pubs. Even got a little snow storm. Loved being able to have a bath each night after our daily adventure. A great location."

"As before: Most importantly a glass screen MUST be fitted to the over-the-bath shower. The shower is brilliant but as it is so powerful, when used it turns the bathroom into a wet room. It is also, I suggest, dangerous as the water must seep through the wooden floor.A Grab Rail is needed on the stairs to the main bedroom.A couple of the light switches do not appear to do anything. On arrival there was a very pungent smell of soot/smoke which was difficult to eliminate.A rug on the kitchen flagstones would be good."

"Very well equipped cottage. Parking was good. Plenty of space and seating. All rooms were larger than expected. We stayed in February and would definitely like to stay again though it may prove too expensive for us in the summer. Plenty of hotwater, it is in a lovely spot 5 min walk to the high street all on paths, which was good for us as we had a pushchair. This was a halfway meet for family with 7 month old baby, so we didn’t go on any long walks. There were footpath signs just outside the cottage garden."
