"All the Cotswold villages and attractions are within easy driving distance, as are Oxford, Blenheim Palace, and Bicester for shopping. Parking is easy in the village car park which is only a short stroll away but there are plenty of pubs and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The cottage itself was perfect for a reunion with its huge but cosy dining kitchen and 3 equally lovely double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - no fighting over the best room! We loved our secret door from the road into the secluded walled garden - I'm sure it must be a real sun trap in summer. The owner, Vicky, has decorated and equipped the cottage with beautiful furnishings, top quality fittings and lots of thoughtful extras (we were very grateful for the umbrellas when the heavens opened!). We really couldn't have found anywhere more perfect.Mrs RossallEXCELLENT LOCATION, CLOSE TO ALL FACITLITIES.Mr hurley, April 2017."

"Friendly and welcoming owners. This stay was just what we needed before becoming parents. Nikki and Lawrence were lovely and answered any questions we had. Thanks for the cake and flowers on arrival! We chose the cottage for its location in the centre of everywhere we wanted to visit, including Oxford (plenty to see and do). Bath was a bit further but the baths were a lovely insight into Roman England. The Cotswold Wildlife Park on the doorstep is a good day out, not just for children in well established gardens. Don't forget to just drive around and look at all the small villages - gorgeous!"

"It's a beautiful cottage furnished to an exceptionally high standard, even down to the kitchen appliances. It all feels quite luxurious but cosy at the same time. It's a shame we couldn't use the Aga for cooking as I find this quite exciting but not a big deal, the regular oven is extremely good. Burford is a lovely place to spend a few days, we sampled most of the cosy pubs while we were there (the food is exceptional in most!) The angel was a particular favourite of ours. The cottage is ideally situated for exploring the area. We would definitely return without a moment's hesitation"

"A really cosy cottage which we liked very much. A great host - a warm welcome from Niki and the 3 wooly girls in the paddock!!! The shower is very good and the bed very comfortable. Glorious setting in the garden.\ We loved the Cotswolds (who wouldn't), so we snapped up this late deal a couple of days before thank bank holiday weekend. Luckily for us it's such a wonderful peaceful place to stay. Pottering about in Burford, Stow on the Wold - retail therapy. We had lunch at the Lamb & Flag in Crawleys on Niki's recommendation - lovely meal and well priced!"

"Lovely home in a delightful village. The home was just what we were looking for - atmosphere with modern appliances. All worked well. House notebook had excellent and much needed information. I enjoyed my morning coffee sitting in the garden listening to the doves cooing and the birds chirping. We had Cream Tea at the White Hart, watched the Morris dancers in the square and learned about Aunt Sally at the Queen's Head. Buses were easy to take into Oxford. Enjoyed walking and discovering Eynsham."
