"Lovely cabin which is much bigger than it looks, overlooks Hole 1 on the golf course but due to the time of year we visited, this wasn't an issue as until the Monday morning no-one was playing golf.If you are going to visit a supermarket, I would suggest visiting the Sainsbury's as advised in the guide book - we thought we'd visit a Tesco the same distance away but this took us up in the hills down little one way country lanes & took much longer due to this. The only issue we found really was there was no tea-towel or anything provided for drying cups / plates & this isn't something we would ever bring as we have stayed in a lot of This companies properties & a tea-towel has always been provided, there was only 1 baking tray for the oven - could do with one or two more & all of the symbols have rubbed off the oven so it's quite difficult to figure out what setting you have got it in - we put food in and hoped for the best. The hot tub is brilliant - biggest one we've ever had, wasn't fully hot until around 11pm on the first night due to it being fully drained as the last people had got glass in it. Not sure how when plastic wine & pint glasses are provided for use in the tub. Nice little place & good for the money we paid - we'd go back for the same price."

"S82998 is situated in an elevated position giving fabulous views over Exeter, Exmouth and Dawlish. We arrived late just before the recent snow arrived. Angela and Brett were there with a very warm welcome and had lit the log fire ready for us. S82998 is spotlessly clean and has been equipped with every conceivable item to ensure a very comfortable and delightful stay. We enjoyed the freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam that were provided along with a refreshing bottle of cordial and a box of premium chocolates. There was even fresh ground coffee to use in the coffee machine along with mini bars of chocolate. There was total quietness both during the night and daytime. The owners live in an adjacent property and are on hand should they ever be needed. Due to the inclement weather we experienced there was a threat of potential power failures, and Angela and Brett duly arrived with a supply of candles in the event that this did happen. Brett was out the following morning clearing the build up of snow away from our front door. All in all, this is a fantastic cottage in a fantastic location. We could not have wished for more."

"We stayed at S82998 @ Rowhorne farm for a week . Myself , Husband and 4 of our 5 children aged 18 , 13 , 11 & 6 . We always Holiday in the uk 3 times a year and always choose the countryside with living in a built up city of Leeds we love the tranquil surroundings of the countryside . S82998’s location and views is absolutely stunning we were not disappointed by anything our Holiday was perfect . The location is ideal quiet , tranquil , close enough to shops to stock up on grocery’s , eat out and take the children out for the day to beaches and Crealy adventure park . S82998 itself is stunning a really homely , luxury relaxing feel with absolutely everything provided for your stay . The homemade scones , with jam & clotted cream , chocolates , juice and milk along with tea , coffee & sugar was a really lovely welcome . The fresh picked flowers too were so pretty in each bedroom & living room a really lovely thought . We were so sad to leave but thank Angela & Brett for a lovely welcome by them and for a perfect holiday made by them at S82998 giving us fond memories with our children to cherish forever . We really hope to return soon ."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at S122815. Our excellent hosts (in the adjacent barn conversion) Bill and Betty made sure that we had everything we needed. A spacious and well equipped kitchen diner and a very comfortable lounge provides an excellent base to relax. Together with a utility room and downstairs loo there is everything that you would possibly need. Upstairs is equally impressive with a large double bedroom and another large bedroom with 3 singles (and more floor space for another!) With a good sized bathroom with bath and separate shower you can't go wrong. Another plus is that there are windows on both sides of the kitchen and lounge so you get the benefit of morning and evening sun. The garden is great with lovely views over the lake. Not too far from the Exe Estuary cycle trail - a brilliant cycle (or walk) in alongside the canal to Exeter Quay and an amazing cycle track alongside the river and railway in the direction of Dawlish. Not to mention ferries at Topsham, Turf and Starcross ....enjoy!"

"Excellent cottage for families-very large combined dining & living room and kitchen with really useful safe balcony looking out over large grassed back garden-the garden is perfect for children to play on whilst the adults sit watching them from the balcony.Excellent private hot tub (perfect for relaxing in after a hard days sightseeing) and bonus of shared fairly warm heated swimming pool and games room with pool table and dart board.Brilliant reasonably quiet location although traffic noise can be heard from nearby A30-this would not put us off from staying here again. We originally booked the more expensive Sundance cottage due to the "Tikki bar" area out back but really pleased we changed to S60011 due to the large rear garden ideal for our 2 year old granddaughter to wear herself out in.Many thanks to Sheila and her staff for a wonderful stay!"
