"MY HUSBAND I WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO STAYING IN S13815 HOUSE ONLY TO BE DISSAPONITEDWITH THE VERY POOR STANDARD OF THIS ACCOMODATION, IT WAS VERY OVERPRICED & FOR THE EXTORTIONATE PRICE WE WERE HOPING FOR SOMETING MUCH BETTER, THE PLACE HAD A SMELL THAT EVEN WITH THE WINDOWS LEFT OPEN DIDN'T MAKE A LOT OF DIFFERENTS, THE OUTSIDE WAS VERY UNTIDY AND THE TACKEY PASTIC TABLE AND CHAIRS NEEDED A GOOD CLEAN BEFORE THEY COULD BE USED, WE WERE ONLY GRATEFUL THAT THE WEATHER WAS GOOD AS NEITHER OF US WANTED TO SPEND A RELAXING DAY THERE, AND TO CHARGE £25- FOR THE DOG IS JOKE AS I TAKE IT THAT IS FOR THE SO CALL EXTRA CLEANING WHICH CLEARLY IS NOT BEING DONE. THE DOGS TRAVEL BED SMELT OF THE PLACED AND SHE NEEDED A BATH, WE HAVE STAYED IN MANY COTTAGES AND THIS ONE IS HORRID AND TO ADD THERE WAS A ENVERLOPE ON THE TABLE ASKING FO £10 FOR THE ELECTRIC??, WE HAVE BOOKED WITH YOU BEFORE A HOPE NEXT TIME TO HAVE A BETTER STANDARD,"

"the family that own S14002 are lovely people but live too uncomfortably close if your not aware of that fact. you couldn't go out the door and they knew it totally NO privacy. there is a busy main road close by. people come and go on the property all the time due to the horse livery business so sitting outside NO privacy. we had an invasion of wasps(9 in one night) due to a nearby plum tree left to drop its fruit for the wasps to enjoy no picking up off said fruit to diminish said problem or apology .When having a shower touched shower head and was stunned by a strong electric shock also the towel rail and every other piece of metal in the bathroom, had to have electricity cut twice and an electrician to assure us the problem was solved."

"Sarah the host was lovely, very welcoming and happy to help with whatever we needed. It is a very “cosy” accommodation and as myself and husband are over 6ft tall, it wasn’t very comfortable for us. A few light bulbs out which meant cooking at night was a bit tricky. Another heater would have been good to have as the original loft door (whilst a nice remaining feature) was very drafty. The hot tub was nice, however a bit strange being next to a foot path and we had a few walkers pass by and wave! The local pub, White Hart, is about a 20 min walk and good for a glass of wine by the fire. The Kiln Room about 8 miles away serves great local produce."

"We had a fabulous few days staying at S14002. It's very clean, cosy but not cramped (and we had two Mutley's with us). The Hot Tub was Amazing, well maintained, clean and warm.Anyone wondering about the 'footpath' running close to the side of the hot tub - this is a small access path to the horses that is liveried on the farm and the young lady visits just twice a day! Sarah, Rueben and the children are friendly and exceptionally helpful. If something wrong or missing, you onky have to say and they rectify immediately. We will be back!"

"Cosy and comfortable conversion with stylish furniture and modern equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. The owners very welcoming and helpful if needed. In fine weather the wicker furniture on the terrace overlooking the horses grazing in the field were there to be enjoyed. However there were also many places to visit and lovely walks with the dog including the beach at Camber. Altogether a really delightful and relaxing place to stay and I certainly hope to return some time soon."
