"There is a marvelous view of Aberystwyth and the sea from the cottage, and you can watch the golfers on the other side of the valley. S27043 was very well equipped, and had a wide choice of books, DVDs and childrens games in case of inclement weather. The television had all the freeview channels, plus a good range of movies on demand which were available without further payment. The internet worked well, and there is a very strong mobile signal. The property is accessed by a narrow road which serves several other properties, but has limited passing places. Care must be taken, as in some places there are steep drops at the side of the road if you stray off the tarmac surface. I would say that a car is essential as you need to drive into Aberystwyth to get to the shops. There is a way you can walk from the cottage to the attractions at the top of the cliff railway, but it is not a direct route. We had a pleasant stay, our dog was well catered for, the owner was friendly, and had three old English sheepdogs himself. We have no hesitation in recommending this property"

"An amazing barn in a beautiful setting, perfect for exploring all the wonderful places to see and things to do in such a splendid part of Wales. The barn was perfect for my young family. We loved New Quay which is very picturesque with beautiful beaches, amazing places to eat and a great spot for crabbing!!! We also loved Aberaeron, which is very pretty with lots of lovely places to eat and drink and take in the lovely views. The coastline is amazing and the sea is a beautiful colour. We will most definitely be returning to this part of Wales again and would recommend staying where we did as we look to book again for next year!! Carys the owner could not have been more welcoming or helpful. One of our little girls had an ear infection whilst we were away. We were able to see one of the local doctors meaning we could stay and enjoy our holiday. Everyone was so friendly, we had the best time. To conclude, a stunning barn in a stunning and secluded setting, perfect for getting away and relaxing but all that you should want and need is only ashore drive away!"

"We had a brilliant week at S21675. The owner had made us very welcome and made sure we had a travel cot and high chair all set up for our toddler. The cottage was spacious and cosy and was in the perfect location. Very close to the A40 for travelling to different attractions and a few mins drive from pubs and small supermarkets. The track up to the cottage was long enough to not realise how close you are. Flossie and Roxy the dogs came for a cuddle every day (in the garden) and we were spoilt by the wonderful views. A beautiful cottage in a lovely area. We would definitely stay here again."

"An excellent property in a lovely quiet location. Plenty of room for everyone (5 adults, 1 child). Tastefully furnished and decorated, and the balcony and outdoor play area are a bonus. There was also a BBQ and bench seating outside, although we didn't get the opportunity to use those. The only slight downsides were the fans in each of the en-suites that seemed to do a poor job of extracting moisture when having showers, and the rather bumpy road/track used to access the property. If holidaying in the area in the future we would definitely consider staying here again."

"We only stayed for a week, but could quite easily have stayed much longer! This cottage is a fabulous little gem with everything you need for your holiday. A well equipped kitchen, super clean and cosy throughout, literally everything is thought of to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. We had a great a great mobile and Wi-Fi reception, on o2 network . Fantastic views from the patio/garden. We had brilliant time staying at S21675 Cottage, thanks to great owners and 2 awesome dogs, Flossie & Roxy. Thanks again x"
