"A stunning location makes this a wonderful holiday destination. Privacy is guaranteed and the house maximises the benefits of it's position with views in all directions and a good size garden. In fact the whole review could be about the location - it really is that good.Ten minutes drive to a pleasant small town with some eateries. The lanes are much better than the south west with plenty of passing places and well managed hedgerows. If you like walking or have a dog it is a ten minute stroll to the coastal path passing two small beaches on the way.The house is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and a nice eating area. Beds were ok and the owners had left teabags, milk, dishwasher tablets etc which is always a help. The reason that this a nine rather than a ten for us is the showers. They were low pressure and very difficult to get to the right temperature. This was disappointing as they had been mentioned several times previously. We would thoroughly recommend this house. Sitting watching the sunset from the window is a treat. Make sure if you have them that you take binoculars - they are a must.A winner for us."

"Stayed here for a week a family of 6. Plenty of room in the accommodation and the 3 bathrooms a plus. The cottage is tired and in need of a good amount of tlc especially the downstairs. The whole place was/is dusty and a good clean would not be unwelcome. The hot tub was a very nice touch but set in a "courtyard" of weeds and cigarette ends and what appears to be a derelict building attached to it. The sauna is on the front of the property down some steps and looks as though it is in someone else's backyard "not that private". The friendly dog that lives next door is indeed friendly so much so that he leaves you presents all around the seating at the front of the property. We did have a good holiday but fortunately the weather was good so we didn't spend all our time inside. This is just our opinion from our stay and others have written glowing reports but for a property costing what this did then we expected more"

"The cottage is set back from the road, so therefore it is nice and private with lovely views in every direction. On arrival we were greeted with a nice bouquet of flowers and a cake, milk in the fridge and tea and coffee in the cupboard. The garden is very pretty and there is plenty of seating and space for outdoor entertainment. The new summerhouse is perfect for enjoying a barbecue whilst looking out to sea. Our teenage boys enjoyed the space in the adjoining paddock to throw their frisbee or football whilst exchanging greetings with the neighbouring sheep and pheasants. The beach and coastal path is just a short walk down the road. Its only a half hour drive to the other side of Anglesey where you can visit numerous tourist attractions. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner on a couple of occasions and she was very helpful and pleasant."

"We had strong winds while we were there which revealed just how drafty the place was. So although the heating was on it was quite cold upstairs - especially in the bathroom - when the wind was blowing. The walls are thin so you hear people from next door. The kitchen floor was not clean. The sitting room is comfortable and has lovely views.Couldn't get the downstairs TV to work.We could not use the backdoor because it was broken and had not been repaired. I rang on the evening we arrived to ask for the back door key. The call was returned next day, to say the key had been hidden so we couldn't attempt to open the door. There was no note to explain the situation.I am sure we would have enjoyed it more in better weather - though we wouldn't have been able to use the garden."

"We had a fantastic time at S22074. The house was spacious for our party of 7 and was fully equipped for our needs. The thoughtful welcoming gift of a homemade cake was a nice little touch. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only issue with this property is that it is a significant distance from amenities such as a corner shop. You must be prepared to drive to most places as there is very little to do in the immediate area. However, the cottage is located in a central area, with major attractions such as Snowdonia and Llandudno being within an hours drive from the property. The village it is located in is very quiet and the locals are friendly. I would stay here again without hesitation and would recommend this property."
