What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Culross To Rent.

"The Cottage is modern ,very clean , great for families and dog friendly too. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms luxurious. The location is great . A car will make accessing the area easier but if you don’t want to drive getting to Edinburgh and Glasgow by train is easy from Linlithgow train station a couple of miles away. The views from the Cottage are dramatic .Watching the weather come in both sunshine and rain is very atmospheric. All four cottages were booked out during our stay and still lots of privacy and tranquility. Our dog loved the little walk round the farm . It would have been useful to have a little map or sign to show us the way but we worked it out. The layout of the the Cottage is spacious and great care is given to make sure that the cottage is very comfortable and welcoming. This is our second stay at Paddockhall and the cottages are consistently of a high standard."

"A really great little place. It was absolutely perfect for exploring the surrounding areas as there was parking on site but the train station was an easy 10 minute walk away with very regular trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Various supermarkets were all within 10 minute drive. The cottage itself was lovely, although there didn't look to be any disabled access but this wasn't a problem for us. Bedrooms are downstairs with the master having a very nice outlook into the garden which would be lovely in nicer weather. The kitchen/dining/living area upstairs was spacious enough for the two of us and had everything we needed for the duration of our stay.Unfortunately, our hosts weren't able to be around during our stay but they were still in touch and we knew we could contact them if we needed anything."

"A thoughtfully-designed and well-executed conversion of a former stable block. Upper floor living area is airy, light and comfortably furnished. Decor and fittings throughout are of the highest standard, although freeview TV does not compare well with the cable services we have come to expect. Despite its proximity to the High Street, the location is quiet and private with a pleasant outlook. The off-street parking arrangements are adequate although our car did attract a significant amount of bird droppings. The hosts, who live in the adjacent property, were helpful and unobtrusive. The only reservation about this property is that that the access steps could be problematic for the less able."

"Really lovely cosy cottage in lovely small village. Cottage is so well equipped and very clean. Lots of extras you wouldn't expect such as tea, coffee and a bowl of fruit, fresh flowers and logs/kindling and coal for fire which was needed in January! Nice small enclosed courtyard at back with table and chairs for sunny days. Great traditional pub next door which has amazing food at reasonable prices. This was our 3rd visit and it really is a home from home for us. We will return."

"Everything about the cottage was better than we expected, excellent furniture and fittingscomfortable bed , a really nice welcome pack, thoughtfully put together, the owners made us feel that they really cared. The location is good for local touring and walking, but by using trains from Dunfermline and Stirling we were able to visit Edinburgh and Glasgow. We certainly would recommend it and would hope to visit again in the future"
