"the lodge needs a lot of money spent on it we arrived on the 7/9/18 and left on the 8//9/18 and came home it was supposed to be dog friendly but if you are worried about your dog and live stock then don't go there the lodge was surrounded by horses which is not mentioned in the advert for the lodge the enclosed garden was not totally enclosed dogs can get into fields with livestock or round to the owners house. so the only secure area is a small decking area outside the lodge. the lodge itself is in need on updating or the furniture changed the bed knob has been glued so many times it would not stick so fell off all the time. the coffee table leg broken. the wardrobe was so rickety we didn't put anything in it the kettle would not work also the sky tv worked when it wanted to. and you have to swap cooker hob knobs for the ring to work. but the owner states it all works fine"

"This is the perfect place for a multi-generation or multi-family holiday. The house is incredibly spacious, and the downstairs bedroom meant my mum, who is 88 and disabled, was able to holiday with us and our 4 teenage "children". The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for self catering. The owners are friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. It is in the middle of the countryside, on a working farm complete with farm dogs and duck pond, and in the midst of beautiful scenery and quiet country lanes. There are some lovely towns and villages to explore, and lots of beautiful gardens. Hereford, Ludlow and Shrewsbury and Hay on Wye are within easy reach, or Tenbury and Leominster are closer. We had a brilliant week here and would happily return."

"This house is very spacious and very well maintained. We were very comfortable in it, the beds, the showers, and the public room furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful and looked after our needs when they arose. The owner had gone to the trouble of producing a booklet that contained all the local attractions - properties to visit, canal and other walks, pubs, museums, etc. We only had time to do a couple of these so will have to return to do some of the others, like Ragley Hall. The only downside was not of the owner's making - the postcode led my satnav astray and we had to end up asking the way. If you can use the address of the property rather than its postcode, you will be able to find the property."

"Great cottage where we stayed with friends for a few Best days in February. Best equipped kitchen with working oven and good quality pans. Plenty of crockery, realistic for the number of guests the cottage accommodates. Be aware though, that if you have the under cupboard lights on, the bread in the bread bin will toast!Nice location, down a lane, with walks from the door, as well as the nearby Malvern hills; close to supermarkets in Malvern; nearby city of Worcester offers plenty of interest and entertainment. All in all very homely. Not as many games or puzzles as in some places, but plenty of books. Can't comment on the main tv as it didn't go on! Nor on local eating places as we cooked for ourselves. Would happily come here again."

"Wifi doesn't really work and no phone signal. Might be bliss for some, but I needed to do a bit of work and found it a bit painful. Creaky floorboards are characterful to start with, but quickly loose their fun. Impossible to sneak to the toilet in the night. Well equipped generally. Great enclosed garden. Couple of nice touches but found sitting in sofas in the lounge not particularly comfy. Great for our dog. Milk in the fridge and some lovely cupcakes when we arrived. Stairs are tricky and slippy with socks on. Very tight upstairs (I'm 6ft 2in). Smoke alarm in the kitchen is a nightmare. You can't open the over without anything even in it without setting it off. This needs looking at. We set it off twice a day without trying !"
