"This is a fantastic house with beautiful views. Enough space for larger groups. Two large bathrooms, spacious bedrooms. Kitchen and utility room with all the trimmings, only the tap in the kitchen did not work properly and was half loose and the extractor hood did not.Minpunten are the roller blinds for the sloping windows in the bedrooms. These can be attached with a strip of Velcro in 1 bedroom but in the other something was made of kneaded rubber which did not fit, so no darkening for the windows. The double bed in this room really did not fit, just deep holes in the old mattress. The bedding was fine, however. And the other beds were fine too. Furthermore, it was noticeable that the house was equipped with cheap materials and the doors of the kitchen and conservatory did not fit well and had large gaps of half a centimeter. The stove was doing fine, by the way, so we did not have it cold. Plus is also the presence of ironing board and iron and further there was a lot of information about the omgeving aanwezig.De arrival was less, we could not find it and were telephoned by a young man who was hardly interested and us in the wrong direction sent. When we finally found it we had to get the key out of the safe with code to enter. Fine, but the house was cold and chilly, it was already dark and we did not feel very welcome, despite the bottle of apple juice, cookies and chips that were ready in the kitchen. Also a number of things did not work, we called again and the young man came within 10 minutes. But he did not know it either, we later had to invent everything ourselves, we found that a shame. Furthermore, the house can only be reached by car via a narrow bump road that leads to the main road and you can not go anywhere on foot. This is difficult when you have to let dogs out. Still, it remains a beautiful house, but it needs some tender, love and care, just"

"The cottage is quite small, but fine for our party of 3 people. It is fully equipped. Everything is clean and the woman is very friendly and attentive. On arrival there appeared to be nobody, but that was solved after a few phone calls. The house is attached to another house, but they are on different streets. That was just a search. Behind the house is a small place with garden chairs and a view of the garden. It seems to me not really suitable for young children, because playing or playing football in the garden of the neighbors. Also pay attention to the plugs. Bring an adapter, because everything has a plug with 3 pins. The area is beautiful and Crowborough has shops, churches and a station (for London)."

"We cannot speak more highly of our stay at Cox's Cottage this Easter. Everything from the lovely welcome we received on arrival to the flowers, welcome pack and homemade cake made this stay a very special one. The Cottage was well equipped, and superbly clean and well presented, and we felt at home immediately, spending our first evening round the wood burner drinking wine! Bliss! Also , plenty of mod cons to satisfy those more tech savvy. We enjoyed some lovely days out in London, travelling from nearby station of Paddock Wood, and also visited Scotney Castle and Tunbridge Wells. Our girls also had the chance to feed Simon and Lesley's sheep and cows, which they loved. Really hope to come again soon."

"My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous 3 weeks stay in your lovely cottage, the location is perfect, lots of lovely walks right from the door, beautiful countryside. Great peace and quiet yet not far from Tunbridge Wells for shopping and cinema. A very comfortable cottage with a beautiful garden, enjoyed relaxing in the gazebo and watching the wildlife. The welcome basket was very generous and Diane very welcoming and helpful. We loved to see and to hear the hens coming around every morning. A beautiful place to stay and I would totally recommend it. I would describe it as an oasis of tranquillity."

"This is a beautiful cottage in private surroundings, very convenient to visit many historic houses and castles in the area and also the lovely local towns. There are a number of good pubs and restaurants close by serving excellent food. The cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard using quality fixtures and fittings. The owners are extremely helpful and kindly left some delicious cake and other produce which was very welcome. We had a most enjoyable stay and will hope to return."
