What our customers are saying about our Country Cottages In Frinton On Sea To Rent.

"Really lovely and well furnished cottage, comfortably clean so ideal place for the dogs with lots of outdoor space and close to Alton Waters, Flatford and other good walking places. Fairly remote so have to drive to shops but we knew that up front and took food stuff with us so were happy with that. Great to have the washing machine and tumble drier, particularly in February with two dogs! The log fire is lovely but the logs only lasted us one day and extra has to be purchased. We had a power cut while there, all evening and through the night, but were unable to get through to the owners to see whether is was specific to the farm as they were on holiday. There were candles there though and it was back on by morning so no harm done but would have been good to have had an emergency backup number. All in all a great week and we would definitely return."

"It is a real shame that this delightful cottage suffers from the proximity to a busy lane. Although only a B road it is used as a link to the nearby A12 making it quite busy, especially during the morning and evening . This means that we were unable to leave the bathroom window open at night, and because there is no other ventilation in the bedroom it meant a lack of fresh air . As a couple who have their bedroom window open even in winter, it was very noticable. Even a Dyson fan didn't make enough difference. As I say , this is a real shame because everything else was really good, including the three Alpacas watching us over the fence."

"We had a lovely holiday in Ardleigh Heath which was ideally situated for the places we wanted to visit. Our scores reflect the fact that when it rained, and it did rain very hard, the rain actually poured in at the French windows and the bottom of the bedroom window. We would not want to stay there in the winter because the boiler was noisy as the bedroom wasn’t separated by any doors and would not want to stay there in the heat of the summer because the bedroom did not have any opening window. For the time of the year we stayed, it was OK."

"The lodge was lovely and relaxing, the kitchen was the best feature! Although there is only 6 knives, forks, plates etc which is difficult when your eating breakfast and also need knives for buttering etc. Also would of liked to have a lodge for 6 with a hot tub available. We had a baby with us and were offered a travel cot and high chair at no extra charge which was helpful. It was a great weekend, with lovely staff and we would definitely recommend to friends :-)"

"Great cottage and very spacious for a family of six and two dogs. Lovely farm setting with areas to walk in nearby and on the farm. All amenities that you would need are in the cottage and was clean and ready for when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.I have marked location down a little - nothing to do with the cottage but we ought to have researched better as the dog friendly beaches (in the summer months) were actually quite a trek out each day"
