"Very comfortable for a family holiday. Lovely, remote and quiet location, super views; extremely peaceful. Generally well equipped with what's necessary, albeit functional rather than cosy. Perhaps an extra set of tableware wouldn't go amiss. Very spacious overall and generous rooms. Very light. Dont know if possible with the water supply but an upgrade to the shower pressure would be welcome.Super friendly and flexible caretaker.Instructions how to find (we arrived in the dark) weren't entirely useful to find the last turn. Just need to update on the site, as it's properly signposted once you get far enough."

"We have enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are fantastic and lovely people. The location is better than expected as the large and mostly sandy beach is only a two minute walk through a very pretty little park with tennis and a cafe. We could leave the car as most places we needed are in walking distance. The property was very clean and comfortable but a little rustic. The road outside is busy in the daytime and is hard to get a parking space but quiet in the evening. I would recommend Eversfield Annex for anyone wanting a seaside holiday or just a short relaxing break."

"We had a lovely family weekend. The house is quirky, quaint and comfortable, with lots of places to explore. We had family meals every day and enjoyed the log fire and the piano. It was clean and warm and beds were comfortable. The garden was good for the dogs and sitting in the sun, we moved the bench to the grass. We had three cars and the garage door is waiting to be fixed but we managed to park two down the road, we didn't mind. The surrounding areas are stunning and we would love to go back in the summer one year."

"Full marks for all aspects - the cottage, your company, the area and of course, this year, the weather! A lovely, comfortable property in a beautiful and peaceful location. A broken window blind was repaired as soon as we reported it so therefore we cannot fault the Suffolk Secrets maintenance team who done a sterling job and made our stay tremendously terrific! The large outside area was spectacular for our grandchildren and the private garden was lovely and peaceful for bbqs and chilling. "

"Thank you for a lovely stay at S136948, we thought it was beautifully finished and very well equipped. A great location for fun out around Suffolk with our two children 5 & 7. For families we would recommend Africa Alive Safari Park, Congo Rapids Adventure Golf, Framlingham Castle, Southwold Beach and Pier, and crabbing at Walberswick. Visits to Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh are also good.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend S136948."
