What our customers are saying about our Coastal Cottages In Pennal To Rent.
Mr Rolf Ruschemeier, Vlotho, Nordnhein Westfalen - verified booking
"We came as a family of four (parents and two adult daughters) to spend our Christmas days in Tan y Bryn and we had a very lovely time! It was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, cosy and just the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. The landscape is beautiful, although it is useful to have a car to be able to explore the area properly. We brought most of our supplies, but the little shop in the village was also surprisingly well-stocked and the next bigger supermarket is just a few miles away. We spent our last evening in the pub just a few hundred metres down the road and had a nice dinner and lots of fun. We would definitely recommend a stay at Tan y Bryn and maybe we will even come back one day!"

"With Rose Cottage you are custodians of something quite special. Rose reflects the many hours of hard graft you have put into virtually rebuilding the cottage to the very highest standard, whilst maintaining the period features and atmosphere. You should both be very proud. We have spent a lovely week relaxing to birdsong and the burbling of the river. We have also enjoyed exploring the delights of the coast and villages, including the lovely country walk into Borth. Thank you very much for the stay, which has been well worth the long journey!"

"Last minute decision to get away for the bank holiday and we found this beautiful cottage, we walked into town following Julie's little map & also visited Aberystwyth and ate in the Fusion King, highly recommend it. Our visit here has been the quiet and restful trip we wanted. My husband did some fishing and caught a few, met Julie on our first day here, very accommodation and nothing was too much bother, beautiful cottage, lovely comfy bed, all in all excellent."
Ms Mary Rothwell, St. Leonards-on-Sea, - verified booking
"Liked the openness of the cottage, its high ceilings, plenty of light and its quirkiness - the arched courtyard and second bedroom on the other side of it. It was peaceful and quiet whilst being literally only 2mins walk from all amenities - shops, buses, trains, car park, supermarket, beach, etc. It was private and its interior was spacious. We loved the character of Barmouth, it was friendly and unpretentious. And that wide, wide sandy beach was pure heaven."
Ms Trudy Pease, Belper, Derbyshire - verified booking
"The location of this little gem of a cottage was absolutely stunning with beautiful walks and cycle routes from the door and complete peace and quiet. You could tell that the owners had lovingly restored the old barn it had such a lovely feel, so relaxing! The owners were friendly, helpful and interesting, there if you wanted them but not intrusive. The welcome pack was rather delicious too! We can't wait to return!"
