"There is private and secure parking when you arrive just outside S78337. Besides the accommodation itself there is a separate storage room where there is a freezer, washing machine and ample storage for bikes, canoes and there is also a patio set that can be used in the courtyard if the weather permits. There is also a stunning courtyard. The accommodation is as good as it looks in the photos. A beautiful kitchen more than appropriately stocked for two people with all basic requirements of salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, chilli flakes, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc, not to mention quality pans and crockery. There is a 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge (freezer as mentioned earlier). The living room is large, modern and spacious with a large TV screen on the wall with Freeview, whilst there is no DVD player, you can twin the TV to your devices. We had a laptop with us so twinned it to the TV and watched DVD's and logged onto our own BT account. We also got to see our holiday photos in this manner.Leading off from the front room is the bedroom and shower room. A very modern, stylish and practical bathroom, with a good spacious shower, two sinks, a storage cupboard with spare loo rolls, dust pan and brush, iron and ironing board and hanging space for clothes. The towels and shower mat were of very good quality and there are spares in the lower drawer of the cabinet in the front room. Shower gel, hand wash and lotion are provided. The shower room has a connecting door to the bedroom which has spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding and ample plug sockets at each side of the bed. There is a dresser with mirror and hair dryer and seat. The property is heated throughout with underfloor heating which seems to be controllable in each room and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room. It’s obvious that the work undertaken has been done with a great deal of love and care and it already looks amazing with the large wooden gateway in the courtyard being stunning. The grounds are well kept and great, with ample safe space for kids or a dog. The owners are helpful but unobtrusive. You do need a car for here if you want to get out and about but it’s the positioning of the property that gives you the great feeling of seclusion and privacy. There is a Tesco Extra and large Morrison's Supermarket within 2-3 miles and free-range eggs are available just down the road. There is no downside to this place, it was worth every penny, my only comment, which is not a criticism would be that shutters or blinds would be good in the kitchen although I have the feeling that they may already be on the agenda if the other accommodation on site is anything to go by."

"S78337 is located in a quiet location, a couple of miles outside Haverfordwest and is attached to the owners property. From the moment you arrive you can see that the cottage has been finished to a high standard and that the owners have spent a lot of time and money on the property and its beautiful gardens. Both John and Pickles (their dog), were welcoming. While we really enjoyed staying at S78337 and found the cottage clean and comfortable, we did feel that there should be blinds on the large windows in the kitchen and on the main door for privacy, as at times we felt like we were in a fish bowl. A few points for information - Every time you access the cottage you need to go through a well lit storage room. The door is next to the parking area, as both entrances for S78337 are located in the courtyard. This is also where the key box, washing machine and freezer is located. The fridge isn't a normal fridge, but two fridge draws, so you cannot stand large items up (like milk or bottles of pop).Lastly if you have a dog, there is no separate garden for the cottage, as S78337 guests, you share the courtyard and main gardens with the owner. This wasn't a big problem for us as Pickles is a really friendly dog, but a word of warning is that there is no main gate, so you really need to keep a close eye on your dog, when using the main part of the garden."

"Lovely cottage but not for a winter stay.We had a 6 month old baby and the cottage was cold and damp and we cut short our stay by 1 night as the heating just didn’t get up to temperature, we spent the time in the cottage with 3 layers of clothing on. We now know why sofa blankets were provided. The hive system kept turning back down to 10 degrees and didn’t get above 19 for the entire stay and it still felt damp.Unfortunately we all came back with chesty colds and our 6 month old had to have antibiotics for his chest infection. The fire displayed within the pictures we were advised is not used and so we only had the heating to rely upon.Positive feedback was that the cottage is a lovely size and has a well equipped kitchen in terms of crockery and accessories. The shower in the master bedroom is also lovely.I’m afraid that the negative out weighs the positive here:- the oven took 2 hours to cook some oven chips on night 1 due to not getting up to heat- the shower in the main bathroom filled with pipe contents every time the bath emptied- the bed linen smelt of damp and so did our clothes afterwards- there were damp patches situated throughout the cottage walls- the bedding in the twin bedroom was stained with what looked to be blood - photograph attached- the hive system didn’t operate as required and kept turning it self down to 10 degrees"

"Lots of positives: A clean and modern basement flat right on the seafront, perfect for walking into town and very near the main shopping and cafe areas. We had a lovely welcome with refreshments, milk and even cereals provided, plenty of towels and loo roll! Quality furniture, bedding, equipment and fittings, a warm space with easy to use thermostat controls.A few negatives: As a basement flat, it is to be expected that it does not benefit from much natural light. You can hear noise above eg. people walking up and down stairs, people leaving and entering the shared entrance, noisy water pipes when other people in flats are using their bathrooms. So if you're used to a bit of noise it's fine, but it's not for people who want quiet evenings or lie-ins. In the pre-arrival info it says it's ok to load directly outside, however there are double yellow lines and we were accosted by a traffic warden when packing up. There are some free parking spaces up the road from North Beach a short walk away."

"This three bedroom town house was beautifull. The view from the house looked over a lake and Pembroke castle it was amazing and Parking was right In front of the house enough for two cars. The house had everything you needed and more it was a really lovely place to stay. There are also local supermarkets Tesco Aldi and a town centre that you can walk to via a pathway by the lake. The location was excellent for us to visit other towns like Tenby, Milford Haven, Narberth, saundersfoot. St. Davids , Freshwater East Haverfordwest and Fishguard so yes a fantastic holiday. We would recommend this Town house but if you have mobility problems you would struggle with the two flights of Stairs as there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. Thank you to the owners of S78528 for letting us stay in your beautiful home it made our holiday, having such a lovely place to stay whilst exploring Pembroke."
