What our customers are saying about our Child Friendly Cottages In Pembrokeshire To Rent.
- Mrs Jackson, April 2017 - verified booking
"S5337 is an old big house with big rooms. It is built on the ruins of the original manor house which was built at least 400 years ago and some of the ruins are still in the garden which gives it a lot of character. We found the cottage to be very comfortable and had every thing we needed. We stayed for a week and went out every day. The weather was better than we expected and generally better than forecast. Tenby is a lovely town to wonder through. Penralt is a very good garden centre in the north of Pembrokeshire with a lovely drive to get to it. We had a lovely drive exploring the coast from Saundersfoot to Pendine and then on to Pembury Country park. St. David's Cathedral exceeded our expectations and it also serves a lovely lunch. We highly recommend a visit to the Welsh National Botanical Gardens. Stackpole Estate including Bosherton lily lakes and Broadhaven South and Barafundle beaches are lovely places for walking - you could easily spend more than a day here. We highly recommend the cottage and the area."

"S5337 was very comfortable with plenty of space and all the facilities you would expect in a holiday cottage. We enjoyed the choice of two living rooms and were able to relax in comfort. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size and the kitchen had all the modern comforts. We enjoyed sitting and playing in the garden when the weather allowed. The clothes line in the back garden was useful for drying clothes. The location was close to a supermarket for provisions and well located for exploring all parts of Pembrokeshire. There was nowhere really to walk so a car was essential. There is so much to see and do in this region. Our daughter loved the Blue Lagoon Water Park which was a godsend on rainy days. There are lovely towns to explore like Tenby, Haverfordwest, Narberth and St Davids as well as a beautiful coastline and beaches like Barafundle and Whitesands. The owners live next door and were very welcoming and helpful. We hope to be back one day."

"Comfortable cosy cottage ideal for two with a dog and that log burning fire was an absolute delight. The bed was just a wee bit small for two reasonably large adults but it did not stop us sleeping. The local area offers lots of fields, cows and sheep, streams and wonderfully green rolling countryside. There is a boozer some three miles away, great beer, serves food Thursday, Friday, Saturday and I believe Sunday. A car is essential, or bike etc. The owners are friendly, helpful and happy to welcome you into their very personal holiday home project. We loved the peace and quiet, yes we would go again and recommend this Corner Cottage to those seeking a brief respite far from the madding crowd."

"We had a weeks stay. The cottage was very cosy and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic to access all that pembrokeshire has to offer. 15 mins drive to tenby and lovely costal walks and beaches within less than a 15 minutes drive. Pembroke is about a 20 minute walk and has shops and a few pubs. Only slight issue is to watch for the sloping low ceilings in the upstairs of the cottage but once you bang your head you quickly learn not to do it again. There is no wifi but this wasn't an issue for us. I loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Caroline and Richard were lovely just left us to it and were there if we needed. They also have the sweetest dog."
Mrs Juliet Meikle, Ingatestone, Essex - verified booking
"The location was very good and central to many areas, plus close to amenities. Really liked the size of the cottage, there was plenty of space to not be on top of each other. In peaceful surroundings and the beautiful old ruins in the garden made us feel we were in a Bronte or Austin novel! The owners gave a very detailed holiday manual with guide books to use and maps, which were invaluable. I personally really liked the exceptionally well equipped kitchen where cooking a roast for Easter Sunday was a breeze. The owners should be congratulated on such a well equipped cottage, and I would recommend it to anyone."
