What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Caerphilly County Borough To Rent.

"We have had a fantastic week at this little gem! The cottage is quirky and not to everyone's taste but we really enjoyed this lovingly restored property. The location of S37658 is perfect for visiting many local attractions including Wells, Cheddar and Brean Down. The hosts were available if needed and helpful with any questions. The property is so spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family getaway with all ages.We found that the kitchen could be better equipped for cooking family meals however overall it did have most things that we needed. We were also not too keen on the wet room as it was indeed always wet! Not to our taste but a clean and functional room nonetheless. We would not hesitate to recommend S37658 as a great base for exploring North Somerset and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location."

"This is a very well placed cottage for exploring the glorious scenery, and gives a cosy feel after a day out. We did feel that having to keep a log fire burning to provide hot water was a bit of a fag, especially after a long journeywhen a hot shower would be welcome! We managed the tight spiral staircase, just, but this is not suitable for anyone less agile or slim than we are. The attic would only be safe for a child of eight plus,as the ladder up is steep. Obviously the owners have given a great deal of thought to the conversion of a stable and have in lots of ways done a great job."

"We had an excellent week exploring Monmouthshire. The lodge was comfortable and had most of the things you need for a relaxed holiday. The pool is lovely, but we were disappointed to find that we only had use of it between 10am and 5pm which wasn't mentioned in the details. You have to choose between going out exploring and using the pool, which meant we didn't get the use of it we'd planned. We understand that it is the owners, but had we known about the time restrictions we would probably not have chosen to visit. However, overall it was a great week."

"Beautiful home in fantastic location! Everything you need right on the sea front. View from both front bedrooms are stunning! Once we arrived we didn’t need to drive anywhere as everything on your doorstep. Brilliant family space helped us celebrate a special Birthday as well as everyone having their own space and privacy with every room en suite and beautifully decorated. Kitchen fully equipped and we loved the pool room especially on the cold windy evenings!!We would definitely recommend and we will definitely return!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was terrible weather so the comfort of a wood burning stove was extremely welcome. The owner was friendly and helpful but not intrusive (considering this is next to their house!). Small but perfectly formed accommodation ideal for us as a couple. We did get some walks in but expect it would be fantastic in summer when it would be easier to enjoy the lovely surroundings. Quiet location with a shop and couple of pubs within walking distance, though you'd probably want a car."
