Open year round, the Project is a feast for the eyes, including rainforest canopies, play gardens, outdoor gardens, the Eden kitchen restaurant and coffee house, Malaysian huts, aerial walkways, waterfalls and more.

As the best known pre-historic monument in all of Europe, Stonehenge really needs no introduction. Yet here one is, because there is an immortal grandeur to Stonehenge and a mystery surrounding its origin that brings in the visitors each year. Situated in Wiltshire, the site is open daily from 9:30am to 5pm and is made up of the iconic structure, original neolithic houses, popular visiting centre, exhibitions, gift shops and cafe.
Here’s our Exquisite Salisbury Cottage, a place to settle down with an open fire a mere 5 miles from Stonehenge.
The Jurassic Coast
Stretching all the way from Exmouth to East Dorset, the Jurassic Coast is 96 miles of delightful coastline and stunning English Channel views. This World Heritage Site is full of landslides, cliffs and picturesque beaches and has something of the artistic about it – where the waves have cut and carved the rocks and shorelines. The Jurassic Coast also attracts those on the hunt for ancient rocks and fossils – for which the site is tremendously popular.
For this inspirational landscape, get down to our Luxury Bridport Cottage in Dorset, just 4.5 miles down the road from West Bay.
Chatsworth House is Derbyshire’s most prized possession. Passed down through sixteen generations of the Cavendish family, this manor house is a work of art (and just so happens to house some, too). Browse through the stunning collections, restored Sketch Galleries and beautiful Sculpture Gallery. But don’t lock yourself indoors – there’s 105 acres of ever-evolving landscape to explore. Sit down for a bite to eat at the elegant Cavendish restaurant and if the kids have made it onto the trip, check out farmyard and children’s playground to keep them entertained.
Our Exquisite Matlock Cottage (sleeps 7!) is the perfect base, located a mere 5 miles from the majestic attraction.
The Roman Baths
We don’t need to tell you which era these magnificent baths date back to, but let it be known, this historic site has been wonderfully preserved for those after a trip back in time. The baths themselves are below street level and provide a fascinating insight the architectural customs of Roman England. Unfortunately there’s no swimming, but there is a superb museum full of interesting artefacts, underground tunnel tours and the Pump Room Restaurant, which serves quite the elegant afternoon tea.
Have a look at our Delightful Bath Barn, a semi-detached cosy conversion that allows pets, only 4 miles away.
