"Amazing holiday we had. It was what we were looking for and lived up to our expectations. For this holiday we wanted something away from the city and somewhere our 5 boys could have fun and relax. The cottage was easy to find using sat nav and getting around was easy. There is not alot of local amenities as everything is a drive away but we knew this and was not a problem for us. Cottage was very clean and had lots of facilities. Loads of space for the 7 of us and the best part is the large garden area and the swimming pool. Diane made us feel very welcome and was always on hand if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this to others and would come again. We took few trips to the beach and shops but we found easily just stay in and relax. Cheaper than a foreign holiday but with this fantastic weather it was a better option."

"We stayed at S86615 in late March. There were four adults, a toddler and a baby.It was absolutely perfect. The barn itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The wood-burner and hot tub are fantastic. Our toddler loved going to the farm to see the animals. She loved running around in the garden; not something city dwellers regularly get to do!There is so much to see-and-do in the immediate vicinity; even on a typically wet English spring day. The coast is close. We would also very much recommend going to Alfriston. Before, during and after our stay, the owners were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to our friends as somewhere to stay and are very keen to visit again ourselves."

"We had a wonderful New Year at S14036. This is such a warm welcoming house. The layout and number of bathrooms made it a very relaxing place to share as a group of friends. The master bed was really comfortable, I'm sure the rest were too, I just didn't sleep in them! The lounge was cosy and we spent hours chatting there. The large dining table was perfect for group dining and playing games. Thank you for the Christmas tree too. Location beautiful and I'm sure in the summer the garden will be a delightful place to while away time. Only comment would be a few more bits of smaller ovenware would be useful. Thanks for a wonderful stay we would certainly like to stay again!"

"We were a family of 9 including 4 children aged 2 - almost 10 and we all had a great time. We had wonderful weather at the end of May and were able to make full use of the swimming pool, lovely garden and bar-b-que. Apart from a short trip to get more provisions and a 5 mile round walk along the Cuckoo trail to Horam, we were happy to stay around the cottage for the first 3 days of our holiday. The only slight drawback about the cottage location is that one has to walk along a road with no footpath to reach the trail and its offshoots. We all had a lot of fun from the youngest to Grandma!"

"We really enjoyed our stay as a family of five in S90699. The cottage is stylish and spacious with a lovely big garden. There was everything we needed awaiting us when we arrived. My only issue was the busy main road next to the cottage. It is noisy for most of the day and we needed to keep windows open because it was so hot. So the noise was hard to block out. But apart from this, we were really happy with the cottage and would certainly recommend it as a great place to stay. It is located in a beautiful and very historic part of the country close to lots of interesting places."
