"There is private and secure parking when you arrive just outside the Tower. Besides the accommodation itself there is a separate storage room where there is a freezer, washing machine and ample storage for bikes, canoes and there is also a patio set that can be used in the courtyard if the weather permits. There is also a stunning courtyard. The accommodation is as good as it looks in the photos. A beautiful kitchen more than appropriately stocked for two people with all basic requirements of salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, chilli flakes, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc, not to mention quality pans and crockery. There is a 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge (freezer as mentioned earlier). The living room is large, modern and spacious with a large TV screen on the wall with Freeview, whilst there is no DVD player, you can twin the TV to your devices. We had a laptop with us so twinned it to the TV and watched DVD's and logged onto our own BT account. We also got to see our holiday photos in this manner.Leading off from the front room is the bedroom and shower room. A very modern, stylish and practical bathroom, with a good spacious shower, two sinks, a storage cupboard with spare loo rolls, dust pan and brush, iron and ironing board and hanging space for clothes. The towels and shower mat were of very good quality and there are spares in the lower drawer of the cabinet in the front room. Shower gel, hand wash and lotion are provided. The shower room has a connecting door to the bedroom which has spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding and ample plug sockets at each side of the bed. There is a dresser with mirror and hair dryer and seat. The property is heated throughout with underfloor heating which seems to be controllable in each room and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room. It’s obvious that the work undertaken has been done with a great deal of love and care and it already looks amazing with the large wooden gateway in the courtyard being stunning. The grounds are well kept and great, with ample safe space for kids or a dog. The owners are helpful but unobtrusive. You do need a car for here if you want to get out and about but it’s the positioning of the property that gives you the great feeling of seclusion and privacy. There is a Tesco Extra and large Morrison's Supermarket within 2-3 miles and free-range eggs are available just down the road. There is no downside to this place, it was worth every penny, my only comment, which is not a criticism would be that shutters or blinds would be good in the kitchen although I have the feeling that they may already be on the agenda if the other accommodation on site is anything to go by."

"The Tower is located in a quiet location, a couple of miles outside Haverfordwest and is attached to the owners property. From the moment you arrive you can see that the cottage has been finished to a high standard and that the owners have spent a lot of time and money on the property and its beautiful gardens. Both John and Pickles (their dog), were welcoming. While we really enjoyed staying at the Tower and found the cottage clean and comfortable, we did feel that there should be blinds on the large windows in the kitchen and on the main door for privacy, as at times we felt like we were in a fish bowl. A few points for information - Every time you access the cottage you need to go through a well lit storage room. The door is next to the parking area, as both entrances for the Tower are located in the courtyard. This is also where the key box, washing machine and freezer is located. The fridge isn't a normal fridge, but two fridge draws, so you cannot stand large items up (like milk or bottles of pop).Lastly if you have a dog, there is no separate garden for the cottage, as the Tower guests, you share the courtyard and main gardens with the owner. This wasn't a big problem for us as Pickles is a really friendly dog, but a word of warning is that there is no main gate, so you really need to keep a close eye on your dog, when using the main part of the garden."

"We had such a fantastic stay at Swanswell cottage. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and welcoming and full of helpful advice, but they also left us alone to enjoy the property in peace. Jock (their dog) was also very welcoming and came to greet us every time we arrived back for a fuss or a play. The way the cottage is located on the owner's land means that you have a lot of privacy and the balcony (straight off the lounge) provides lovely sea views. Watching the sunset from here is a real treat. You can also see enjoy the seaview from the sofa if the weather isn't kind to you. The property has fantastic living space and everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the dining room / conservatory. This has a warm roof so doesn't get too hot but is nice and warm and also provides sea views and lots of light. This means even if the weather isn't great you can sit in here and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. We were blessed with fabulous sunshine for our stay so really got to enjoy all that the property and local area has to offer. There are lots of helpful leaflets in the property with ideas of where to go. The wifi worked well so we could do our own research. The furniture was comfortable and the property was warm and very clean. We have fallen in love with the area and with Swanswell cottage and really hope to be able to return soon."

"We recently enjoyed a fantastic week staying at Swanswell Cottage and loved it from the moment we arrived. The owners Peter and Liz (& their lovely dog Jock) are very friendly and welcoming. The Cottage is well appointed and cosy but its location and view are the trump cards. We enjoyed many an evening sitting on the decking looking out to sea and watching the sunset.Swanswell cottage is well located for exploring the Pembrokeshire coastal path which we really enjoyed, we benefited from fantastic weather during our stay but are sure we would have also enjoyed it regardless if had been worse. The cottage is lovely and warm with log burner (if required) and has a lovely dining room/conservatory to enjoy the cracking view. The power shower was a welcomed treat after several hours/miles walking along the coastal path each dayWe will definitely stay again if we come back to this area of the Pembrokeshire coast.Skomer island seeing the puffins was a highlight for us.Peter and Liz are happy to advise and recommend on local attractions and places to visit. You won't be disappointed!"

"The Old Manor House is an old big house with big rooms. It is built on the ruins of the original manor house which was built at least 400 years ago and some of the ruins are still in the garden which gives it a lot of character. We found the cottage to be very comfortable and had every thing we needed. We stayed for a week and went out every day. The weather was better than we expected and generally better than forecast. Tenby is a lovely town to wonder through. Penralt is a very good garden centre in the north of Pembrokeshire with a lovely drive to get to it. We had a lovely drive exploring the coast from Saundersfoot to Pendine and then on to Pembury Country park. St. David's Cathedral exceeded our expectations and it also serves a lovely lunch. We highly recommend a visit to the Welsh National Botanical Gardens. Stackpole Estate including Bosherton lily lakes and Broadhaven South and Barafundle beaches are lovely places for walking - you could easily spend more than a day here. We highly recommend the cottage and the area."
